Core work isn’t just about crunching reps. It’s about control, stability, and mindful movement.

Activating your TVA and engaging your core can make all the difference in how you move and train.

Train with intention, not just intensity. 💪 by @vinxfitness

Your results depend on what you switch ON and what you switch OFF.

✅ ON: Discipline. Strength. Focus.
❌ OFF: Distractions. Excuses. Negativity.

Because success isn't just about what you do — it's also about what you refuse to let in.

Train your mind. Build your strength. Stay focused. Show up every single day.

Less distraction. More dedication. Better results.

The one habit I want every client of mine to have is also one I never miss…stretching. If you’ve ever felt your left shoulder hurt during a bench press, it might be an improper stretch.
