Steep’d is back at @firststreetmkt next Saturday 4/4 & we’ve got some exciting new artists in store for you~ friemd (@daniel_elias_tague) is bringing a variety of sound sources—samplers, drum machines, synths, and pedals, to squish sounds and field recordings— to Steep’d from Rhode Island to create a structured intermixture of- sometimes clunky, sometimes drone-y- sonic collage. DebStep (@walkinlikeelvis), a Boston-based interdisciplinary artist working in analog video synthesis, will be bringing her work to our immersive projection screen. And local dj @willgreene50 will be making an exciting return to ambient and downtempo curation for his opening and closing sets. Plus, if you haven’t checked out the new @virgos.room tea menu yet, you’re in for a treat! You know where to find the tickets 💫 We have 1-2 more volunteer spots available, and 4 free tickets reserved for community members impacted by the current events or engaged in social justice work - share with anyone you know who might be interested in these opportunities & appreciate a soft Saturday night space to fill up their cup 🍵 by @virgos.room
