A little tease from Jheel & Nihit's Court Wedding.

I love it when couples decide not to spend on their wedding and instead spend it on us.

Amitha & Prasanth, Dec 2022.

Often as a wedding filmmakers , you are presented with weddings that stretch your artistic limitations. Amitha and Prasanth's wedding was one such.

We have so much to tell from this wedding but we let the film speak for itself.

2 years to this beautiful day with the favorites @shreya_chilak @nikhil.vanam by @vishalsangishetty

Though the last 15 days was all about intense work/editing from the mountains but somehow managed to make it to this small ritual that the people of Gojra Village in Manali happen to do a day before Holi. It is believed that the one who gets hold of the sacred thread placed on the top of the bamboo over a burning fire ends up getting married the coming year with all the health and wealth coming his way.

Edit and Music inspired by one of my fav film : A Portrait Of Lady On Fire.

Now sinse the last couple of days my health is not allowing me to get to work and the only thing that cheers me up is looking back at this year and re-collecting all the good times. This is one such..
Lil back story.
I was in Goa back in march on an assignment with @wedamchronicles .Having primarily shot couples and thier stories in the last 3 years this one was special.
A)they were not my bride and groom(random couple who happen to be in goa for honeymoon)
B)I was not prepared.
But The heart warming messages i got when I sent them this video couple of days after coming home made my day and still brings smiles on my face. This brings me back to realising the amazing opportunity I have to touch people's lives with the skills i possess. Grateful 🙏
