Sometimes, slowing down means your thoughts finally catch up with you. 🤫 As Amelia and Marta check out of Stay Quiet, they reflect on what happens when the distractions fade and thoughts you’ve put aside have room to surface. That can feel uncomfortable. But the stillness that brings those thoughts forward can also give you space to sit with them. Our final Stay Quiet pair have officially completed the challenge, bringing this year’s chapter to a quiet close. Curious about how to experience quietude in Skåne? Send us DM 💌 by @visit_skane
The last couple to check into the Stay Quiet cabin is Amelia and Marta from noisy Warsaw, Poland. They are so ready for the challenge, but will they appreciate the quietude as much after three days? Let's see. 🤫 About Stay Quiet The rules are simple. Guests enjoy a free stay in a beautiful beachfront cabin in Skåne, surrounded by nature. But there’s a catch: they have to keep the noise below 45 decibels inside the cabin, or their holiday could come to an early end. by @visit_skane
They (quietly) made it! 🤫 Nina and Steffen just finished the Stay Quiet challenge and used nature’s soundscape to find peace of mind. Keeping the noise below 45 decibels, locking their phones away and enjoying the quiet nature around them was challenging but necessary. Hear how they experienced the challenge and how they felt after three quiet days. by @visit_skane
The second couple to give Skåne's quietude a try is Nina and Steffen. They just checked into the Stay Quiet cabin and are ready to take on the challenge. Hopefully Nina can do her morning dance quietly and they can use the power of nature to reconnect with themselves. Do you think they will pass? 🤫 About Stay Quiet The rules are simple. They passed with flying whispers! 🤫 Viktor and Christian have officially completed the Stay Quiet challenge. They spent three days without their phones, surrounded by nature, with one rule: keep the noise below 45 decibels inside the cabin. But Stay Quiet is about more than keeping the volume down. It’s about making room for something we rarely get enough of: time to be present, listen to nature’s soundscape and slow down together. So, what happens when you swap busy schedules and constant distractions for a quiet getaway on Skåne’s coast? Hear what Viktor and Christian have to say about their experience. by @visit_skane

A peaceful getaway, for free 👀 In a world full of noise, we believe more people need access to quietude, nature and a slower pace of life. Luckily, Skåne has plenty of all three. That’s why we’re inviting you and your +1 to spend three nights in a secluded cabin on Skåne’s coast, surrounded by apple orchards and the sound of the sea 🍎🌊 The stay is completely free. There’s just one catch: you have to stay quiet 🤫 A sound meter will monitor the noise level inside the cabin. Break the peace, and your stay will come to an early end. Think you can handle it? What’s included: ✓ Three nights in Skåne, around end of Sep - early Oct ✓ Travel, accommodation, food and activities ✓ A private cabin for two ✓ The chance to slow down, disconnect and experience Skåne’s quietude Apply as a pair with a partner, friend, sibling or family member. How to apply: 📩 Send us a DM with a short video telling us: 1. Who you and your +1 are 2. Where you live 3. Why you need the Stay Quiet challenge ⏰ Applications close September 6th at 8 pm CEST. Tag your +1 and apply for the quietest getaway of the year 👇 by @visit_skane

Want to be let in on a local secret? 👀 Tucked away in the countryside of western Skåne, you’ll find @_ideafarm_, cooking up experiences you won’t want to miss. Not many farms can say they have a recording studio, restaurant and music venue under the same roof. At Idea Farm, hot pizzas come straight from the oven while bands of all genres bring the energy. Located close to Söderåsen National Park, it makes the perfect final stop after a day spent exploring the area’s stunning hiking trails. by @visit_skane
