School did a lot of things, but nothing prepared me for the pressures of being a black male doctor. Don’t get me wrong… The are many rewards, but the struggles are real. That’s why MENTORSHIP is so vital. Especially for aspiring black & brown students. Me and 8 other chiropractors, have teamed up to pay it forward to students at @lifeu_sabca! Giving you everything you need to prepare for the industry. Raw & uncut! Friday: 6p-9pm Sat: 9a-12p 📍Life University (room 127) See you there! by @vitallifechiro

🎧 New episode out now. Link in profile to watch/listen, or comment PODCAST and I’ll send it straight to you. 🤍 Sis, you’re probably doing it right now as you read this. In this episode, Dr. Bolar broke down something that genuinely made me check my own posture mid-conversation. 👀 Here’s the deal, Chile. Between our phones, our laptops, and all that driving, most of us walk around with our head pushed forward, ear way past the shoulder. And the research says for every single inch your ear sits past your shoulder, you’re adding 10 to 12 pounds of pressure on your lower back. 😳 So a whole lot of us are carrying 20+ extra pounds of pressure on our spine. Every. Single. Day. And it’s not just back pain, Queen. That poor posture can affect how you breathe, how you sleep, and a whole list of other issues you’d never think to connect to it. 🌿 Your body is always keeping the receipts, sis. Little daily habits add up. Go roll those shoulders back right now. 💕 by @vitallifechiro
🎧 New episode out now. Link in profile to watch/listen, or comment PODCAST and I’ll send it straight to you. 🤍 Sis, what if healthcare was actually built backwards from how it should be? In this episode, Dr. Bolar and I got into something I believe with my whole heart: holistic care should be the FIRST option, not the last resort. 🌿 Think about it, Chile. Before the prescription, before the referral to the surgeon, before any of that, imagine if someone actually stopped to ask: what’s your diet? What are you drinking? Let’s run your hormonal panel. Let’s get some blood work. Let’s send you to the chiropractor. Let’s look at the whole picture FIRST. Because here’s what gets me: we could probably prevent 80 to 90 percent of people’s issues that way. And then the medical system could be freed up to do what it’s genuinely incredible at, emergency care. 👀 Most of what people are suffering with isn’t even an emergency, Queen. It’s acute and chronic stuff that nobody’s actually helping them get to the root of. This is the conversation I wish more people were having. You deserve care that looks at ALL of you, sis. 🤍 by @vitallifechiro

So let me give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to @vitallifechiro. In the past week, the last 7 days, Doc has ordered 5 Lemon Pepper Pound Cakes and wings for his family and friends. This means so much to me and my business. I really appreciate you! Yes, he is my chiropractor! Yes, he has definitely helped me. Yes, he can help you too! I stand behind him and the beautiful ladies @vitallifechiro. They definitely take care of me. With my crazy schedule, they always understand and always get me in. I appreciate all of you. Just a year ago, I was having severe pain in my arms, they would numb with no feeling, my eyes would go black, and I just felt bad. I’m telling you, since I started going to the chiropractor on a regular basis, my life has changed. You should definitely try it. It’s been a game changer for me!! @vitallifechiro I’ll see you all tomorrow for my weekly scheduled maintenance! @vitallifechiro @jewels_treatsnmore_llc #atlantabakery #bakery #atlantachiropractor #atlchiropractor #lemonpepperpoundcake by @vitallifechiro
