IT STARTED WITH THE DIFFICULT CASES.

In their first acne clinic, Dr. James E. Fulton and Sara Fulton developed effective formulas for patients with severe Grade IV acne when approaches weren’t delivering results.

One clinic grew to 13. The formulas eventually became Vivant Skin Care.

More than 35 years later, Dr. Fulton’s protocols remain at the center of how we approach skin.

For the difficult problems. And if you just want really good skin 🖤 by @vivantskincare

Different stages of skin. Different approaches to renewal.

From early prevention to more established signs of aging, our patented REt (RP)™ Retinoid is at the center of both formulations.

Derm-A-Renew is designed to address early fine lines, uneven texture, and premature signs of aging, while FF3 Biointensive GF offers a more advanced approach to mature skin experiencing changes in firmness, elasticity, and hormonal fluctuations. by @vivantskincare

Spironolactone and skincare: what to know.

Spironolactone is a prescription option some people discuss with their provider for acne. Like any medication, it has potential side effects, so it’s always a conversation to have with your prescriber.

John Goodman, RN, shares how a consistent topical routine can be part of a supportive skincare approach, including Dr. Fulton’s Clear & Bright Protocol, which is designed to support skin health.

Hydration and moisturization work differently, but beautifully together.

Hydrators attract and bind water within the skin. Moisturizers replenish lipids, support the skin barrier, and help reduce water loss.

Simply put, hydration gives skin water; moisturization helps keep it there. Together, they help keep skin hydrated, balanced, and comfortable-feeling by @vivantskincare

REt (RP)™ Retinoid + Clinical Mandelic Acid

Morning: Vivant 8% Mandelic Acid Serum, to gently exfoliate and refine the look of skin texture and tone.

Night: Vivant Derm-A-Gel® with REt (RP)™ Retinoid, to visibly support smoother, firmer-looking skin. by @vivantskincare

Not all toners are created equal

Toner pads give you the best of both worlds: gentle physical + chemical exfoliation. Liquid toners go the chemical-only route, with no added friction.

Swipe to find your match:

✨ Daily Repair Pads: best for dullness, rough texture, and congestion

✨ Skin Nourishing Toner: best for dry, easily irritated skin

✨ 3% Mandelic Acid 3-in-1 Toner: best for blemish-prone skin, clogged pores, and dark spots by @vivantskincare

Persistent redness can have more than one cause, and the right approach depends on which one it is.

Broken capillaries: these typically require professional treatment.

Rosacea: this is addressed with a targeted protocol that includes peptides, calming ingredients, and a gentle cleanser. In some cases, a retinoid formulated with peptides may be appropriate. by @vivantskincare

The science of skin renewal starts with Vitamin A.

As we age, the skin’s natural collagen production declines. Topical Vitamin A derivatives, including retinoids, encourage cellular turnover and help maintain smoother, firmer-looking skin.

A cornerstone of Dr. Fulton’s philosophy, retinoids remain among the most extensively studied ingredients in skincare for improving the visible signs of aging.

Use nightly, and pair with daily SPF.
