My two personalities in a carousel >>

Jump scare on the last slide x

I have realised I don’t have to choose between Pilates and lifting. I love both, and combining them has helped me feel less sore, more mobile and more aware of how I move.

Be ambitious with your goals and intentional with your downtime. Both deserve space, but I’ve found the time I take for R&R actually pushes me further forward with my work - because I feel mentally clearer and less burnt out.

One thing I’m re-learning: eat to feel good and fuel your body, and eat for enjoyment. Sometimes that’s the very same meal.

Learning to love my own company has been so valuable, but so has making time for the people who make my life even better.

There’s room for the green juice and the strawberry matcha. Enjoy both ✨

(Jump scare 😝) Dinner reservations one weekend, skincare and an early night the next. I personally couldn’t live without the latter by @viviennedelaney_

A little note from me because @st.ayaactive is officially live!!

It has been 18 months in the making and finally our very first collection, VOLUME I, has arrived.

A little thank you from us, our first 30 orders will receive a handmade reusable gift pouch, lovingly handmade by my mum and me.

Thank you for being part of the beginning. We can’t wait to see you make Saint Aya part of your everyday rituals.

With love, Vivienne & Coral x by @viviennedelaney_

Bye bye September 🫶🏼 let’s recap the month >>

Loved these quirky little trinkets

Training my fave 😛😛

Did pull ups. Felt very hard. Only got three. Was a little frustrated at the end.

The rock I flung @andrelauthier’s phone off of *accidentally*

I’m still obsessed with these pink coffee cups 🤏🏼🤏🏼

I think I trained more upper body than glutes this month 🥵

Wondering why my back hurts, but this is where I work from 90% of the time 🙂‍↕️

I also trained back this day 🫰🏼

Content shoot (it was raining)

Proof it was raining 🌧️

Moved indoors to take more pics

Pretty Pilates studio 🧚

Posing for more content 🥵🥵

Shopping & matcha with bae

More aesthetic line ups (toe shoes are officially on my radar)

First sun baking session of the warmer months!!
