I’m excited for this new chapter as a sleep consultant, enhancing my role as a family planner to be more wholesome!

As a working mom, I understand the struggle of balancing work, life, and motherhood. I recognize the need to maintain my own identity amidst it all. Aware of the challenges of wearing multiple hats, I made the firm decision to sleep train my baby. I’m thrilled to see her sleeping so well and independently, turning bedtime into a precious cuddling session before she drifts off to sleep in her own cot within minutes, until the next morning.

During this phase, I discovered my passion for diving into the world of sleep consulting to help more families get their zzz’s. I firmly believe that quality sleep is key to achieving a balanced, healthy, and fulfilling family life.

I’m here to offer practical advice, personalized plans, and a friendly ear for any sleep-related woes. Let’s make bedtime a breeze and ensure everyone in the family gets the rest they need to tackle the day with a smile. ☻☻☻

DM me for a chat to learn how you can finally get the QUALITY sleep you’ve been missing. ☜

Love,
Vivien

I’m so heartened to know that #HeyMamaHowAreYou Volume 1 e-book was very well-received and here I present to you — Volume 2! 💗

From Lost to Empowered: Embracing Motherhood's Uncharted Path.

Becoming a mother for the first time was an overwhelming experience. I felt lost, confused, and filled with self-doubt. But little did I know, this incredible journey would lead me to discover my strength and resilience that I never knew I had.

I turned my struggles into purpose and wrote a lighthearted inspirational e-book that captures the essence of navigating through this journey. I want this to be a beacon of hope for other mothers facing similar struggles. 🌺📖✍️ It’s not a one-size-fits-all guide, but it can spark simple joy as you read on.

Embrace the magical messiness of motherhood and find strength, joy, and endless love in every step of the journey!

✨ If you are preparing to be a Mama, first-time Mama or even seasoned Mama - I’d love to hear from you!

Caught in between trying to rest/work/enjoy while transitioning back to work as a self-employed/work from home mom of 2. Gonna ride it out and see where these mixed feelings bring me. Just a 5 months #postpartum and many hats I love carrying🤎
