hi I'm Vivian! I wanted to make this intro post to talk about kind of what I'm trying to do here and the goals I've been working on for a long time. I think a lot of people view leftism and veganism as separate things when they're really one in and of the same. #vegan #animalrights #freedom #leftist #equalrights by @viviyum

My reflections on day 35 of just eating fruit! It's been an amazing journey so far. #fruitarian #fruitbased #rawvegan #holistichealing by @viviyum

It's hard being too sweet for this world.✨🧡🖤🍓 Today is day 34 on just fruit!

I hope you all had a happy Halloween 🥰 I had fun dancing until much later than you usually can find me about 🫶 and happy dia de los muertos as well.

My controversial opinion as a therapist is that we need MORE than to just talk about it! We need to reprogram our bodies and nervous systems towards true healing. Staying stuck is not the answer! #somatichealing #holistichealing #traumarecovery #mentalhealth #nervoussytemrecovery by @viviyum

How I get groceries and make it work while eating high raw vegan all fruit! I also am eating other squash apart from summer squash, which I bought from a local farm. #vegan #fruitarian #rawvegan #fruitbased #veganfortheanimals by @viviyum

i really think the cycle of oppression needs to end, we don't need to do it and it's holding us back. #vegan #equality #animalrights #socialjustice #veganfortheanimals by @viviyum

I love autumn 🍂🖤🎃. Felt like an absolute pumpkin fairy last weekend at the pumpkin patch 🫶. I've beenin loveeee with squash lately! Did you know it's a fruit? Well, I probably talk about how it's fruit enough that you do know by now! Super happy that @itscydneynelson went with me and we KILLED it on the maze 🔥🔥 hope y'all have been having a lovely spooky season! #alternative #pumkinpatch #fruitarian #vegan by @viviyum

What I eat in a day--all fruit edition! 22 days on just fruit and I'm feasting 😍. Believe it or not, this was about 3,000 calories! Haha. #fruitarian #vegan #rawvegan #holistichealing #naturalhealth by @viviyum

I wanted to talk really briefly about 21 days on just fruit! I could and will make longer videos but for now I just wanted to share :) #vegan #rawvegan #holistichealing #fruitarian #naturalhealth by @viviyum

We grow up being told that animal protein is non-negotiable for human strength and vitality. But when you trace the history, the funding, and the biology, the story changes to something that looks different.

From carcinogenic classifications hidden in plain sight to the reproductive exploitation at the heart of our food system, the push for ever-increasing protein intake serves commercial and political interests far more than it ever served us.

True nourishment shouldn't require systemic subjugation or pharmaceutical band-aids. It should bring life, clarity, and genuine healing.

I'm okay with being an annoying vegan I guess 🤷 #veganfortheanimals #ecofeminism #feminist #equalrights #vegan by @viviyum

Today is day 2 of me just eating fruits and I just wanted to kind of document how things will be going. I'm really hoping I can stretch this to a month but I'll just be listening to my body! So far it's going well and I'm feeling fantastic 🥰. #fruitarian #rawvegan #vegan #holistichealing #detox by @viviyum
