✨ 𝘚𝘶𝘮 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴 Artist Spotlight: Daniel McKleinfeld @vjfuzzybastard

Fragmented through digital interference, the bodies in Daniel McKleinfeld’s video work move constantly between states of being and levels of visibility, often dissolving and reappearing through layered visual static and graphic patterning. Combining digital and analog languages, McKleinfeld’s computer-augmented videos sit within traditional hanging frames.

Join us at the KUNSTRAUM gallery for the opening reception of 𝘚𝘶𝘮 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴, our second 2026 Members Exhibition, this Sunday, October 18th from 4:00 - 6:00 PM.
RSVP at the link in our bio!

KUNSTRAUM is pleased to present 𝘚𝘶𝘮 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴, Part 2 of our 2026 Members’ Exhibitions.

𝘚𝘶𝘮 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴 traces the body as it is reproduced, segmented, and perceived across mediums and through various stages of legibility. Figurative form is broken down into its component parts across digital and analog modes, treating the body and its representation as unfixed; constantly redefined.

𝘚𝘶𝘮 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴 brings together work from:

Soren Dudley @soren.j.studio
Ruimin Liang @dajudalimao
Maomao @satoh.takami
Daniel McKleinfeld @vjfuzzybastard
Yena Seo-Yeon Park @ye0napaint
Sophie Leonie Shantiben @akayourfairygodmother
Howard Skrill @skrillhoward

Curated by Imogen Aukland @imogenaukland

Join us on Sunday, October 18th from 4:00-6:00 for the opening of 𝘚𝘶𝘮 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴. Alongside the exhibition, the opening reception will also feature KUNSTRAUM’s Fall Open Studio. Visitors can explore units 402 and 509 to meet our studio artists, tour their working spaces, and see where their work comes to life.

We look forward to seeing you at the opening reception! Reserve your spot and RSVP now via Eventbrite through the Linktree in our bio.

📍 KUNSTRAUM 20 Grand Avenue, Loft 509, Brooklyn, NY
Exhibition Dates: October 18 – November 8, 2026
