@dylanjfield vibing to the figma config event so hard, imagine now being in the space and the security tells you to move out. Figma config was hard. Also shout out to my mentor, friend, sometimes I hate him for how hard he works and I wish I can get to his potential @realvjy!
Would love to see you next time probably. Until next figma, cheers. by @vry.works

Been a while since I posted here, so — reintroduction.

I’m Vikas Raj Yadav. Staff product designer and design engineer, about a decade in — previously at Paytm, HDFC, ET Money, and now Loop Health.

This is my new portfolio, built around an interaction pattern I’ve been sitting on for two years.

Going to start writing about design engineering here.
Follow for more.

😎 Vision Pro Experience Design and Development
Imagine your reading experience transforming around you, literally! I’ve been totally geeking out on how to make that happen in Vision Pro, where your “screen” is whatever space you float around in.
Forget the old boring apps stuck on one tiny rectangle. Here, the challenge is epic: how do we make sure your text stays crystal clear and comfy, no matter where you’re exploring?
Right now, I’m like a digital detective, trying out different font sizes and layouts to crack the code. The real magic happens when I get to test it out on a real device – like the first time a magician reveals their big illusion! ✨
But hey, the journey isn’t just about the destination, right? Did you know the Vision Pro app icon is actually built with three layers of images, making it look like it’s floating? Who knew reading could be so creative?
What do you think about reading in a dynamic space? Tell me your wildest ideas in the comments below!

I designed the website and web responsive for @businessinsiderin . Recently decided to code the whole product by myself using @apple Swift UI and Xcode. It’s still a work in progress but I’m able to achieve 95% design to development.
Will be sharing more as I make progress.

3d Flight App Tracking Widget Concept

Since I got to know about Fantasy design team and saw the cool work they were doing, I’ve wanted to make same or similar concepts. I know the workaround but it all seem to have a crazy heavy workflow with so many tools and paid plugins. So I decided to give it a pause.
Now Animating 3d models is getting easier and easier. This was a quick demo I was showing it to a friend of how to model simple 3d using @adobe Illustrator and After Effects. Thought of posting it here.
This Flight App Tracking Widget Concept is inspired by Flighty’s Tech crunch post. The cloud and that plane has been animated by yours truly.
Tools: @adobecreativecloud XD and After Effects l
