“What drives me is emotion, the kind a dish, a scent, a light can create together.”

Vincent Tournayre envisions gastronomy as a sensory symphony, where every detail matters, from the chef’s gesture to the porcelain, from the sauce to the evening glow.

Behind every event lies a simple idea: to elevate reality.

A vision, a savoir-faire, a signature.

Vincent Tournayre crafts a bespoke gastronomy, designed as a complete experience.

From Lyon to New York, from Daniel Boulud’s kitchens to Rue de la Paix, his journey is one of precision and emotion.

At VT Events, every dish tells a story, every event becomes a stage.

The art of hosting, by Vincent Tournayre.

They say less is more. The King of Colour respectfully disagrees. One celebration, multiple salons, each with its own personality. Bold colour combinations, contrasting textures and floral compositions gave every room a distinct identity, while creating a harmonious journey throughout the château.
