On September 10th at 1:20am, after 36 of the hardest and most intense hours of my life, Yoshi made his big entrance. He’s a strong-willed and relaxed little dude who couldn’t care less about anyone’s timeline
- it took him 42+4 weeks and a long, long labor before he was ready to meet us.

I can’t fully put into words how humbling, powerful and raw it is to give birth. I’m forever grateful I got to experience one of the most primal moments a human life holds. It’s left me with even deeper respect for every mother who came before me, and every one who will come after. I’ve never felt stronger, more capable, more certain of what I was made for.

I couldn’t have made it through without the incredible love and patience of my husband @walter.vital - hours of hip squeezing, pouring warm water over my back, never once wavering.

Coming home and settling into our little bubble feels so special, so grounding. And still - I can’t wait for our little birdie to start exploring this wild, beautiful world with us. by @walter.vital

9 months of hosting a tiny human, and let me tell you - nobody warns you it’s this weird. One day you’re googling “is this normal” for the tenth time, the next you’re marveling at your own body like it just unlocked a secret level. Alien, magical, terrifying, hilarious, hard, easy - sometimes all at the same time.

I feel blessed that I got to experience something so singular, and I got to do it next to my incredible husband @walter.vital who’s steady, calm and patient enough to hold space for all of it.

Now we’re just counting down to finally meeting the little alien in question. Get ready world, Yoshi’s coming 🤍

You can’t argue with hormones by @walter.vital

I’ve been realizing that you don’t start a family, you continue one, and the degree to which you are conscious about it will determine its success.

Breaking cycles is deeper than what we see. I was already in my mother’s belly when she rushed to get married to my father due to a different kind of pressure, and now Yoshi is here too, and from the softness of our hearts, Julia and I decided to show him our love.

A taoist approach to life still pays dividends for me, how much can we achieve once we allow life to flow through us. Here, life became more abundant. by @walter.vital

This trip to Thailand felt genuinely special.
So many meaningful things happened over these two weeks - things that will shape the future ahead.

The time in Bangkok and at Wonderfruit, spent with dear friends, was full of fun, inspiration, and excitement.
So many new impressions, ideas, and thoughts to take home.

Very grateful to have shared all of it with my partner in crime, fun, and life @walter.vital

Here’s to many more trips like this.

3 years of Sunday, and 3 years of partnership between @cassio.godoy , @jake_paul_white and myself, which in business years is basically a lifetime 😆

How long until we f*ck it up? who knows
