Here's to a redass Dorm Log Cut and Load season, boys. We couldn't be more proud of the work that we accomplished this year, and it would have been impossible without every single member of Walton. The fish, chiefs, and olds all pulled their own weight and rolled with the punches to make this one of the best seasons Walton's ever seen. Keep coming out, keep rolling with the punches, and remember: WALTON LOADS! by @walton_loads

On July 4th, 2025, devastating floods afflicted Kerr County, TX. Countless homes, farmland, and livestock were destroyed, and 119 people lost their lives overnight. In response to this crisis, members of Bonfire rushed to provide aid in any way they could, searching and clearing 23 square miles of land in just 1 week. The volunteers from Walton Bonfire were:

Aidan Magee ‘25
Nick Baron ‘26
Elliott Schneider ‘28
Dylan Young ‘28

In response to Bonfire’s efforts, the City of College Station declared October 9th, 2025 as Bonfire Day.

However, no amount of recognition can be allowed to distract from the heart of the reason that we responded. Kerrville demonstrated what is in the heart of every member of Bonfire; that every opportunity to help in a meaningful way is not a choice, it’s a responsibility. by @walton_loads
