Recap of my yoga class at @houstonsmilesclub. It was the first class I taught in years and it brought back a lot of feelings. Yoga was one of the ways I got to branch out and find community when I first moved to Houston. Years later, I’m still the extrovert that loves meeting new people and learning new things. My friends convinced I should get back into teaching and I think I have to agree. Hope to see yall on the mat soon at the next one! 🎥 @tedison.rfa by @wat.the_hec
Wednesday nights are about so much more than the miles🧡✨ Thank you to everyone who stayed, slowed down with us, stretched, breathed, and enjoyed such a beautiful yoga + sound bath experience🧘🏽‍♀️🌙 There was something really special about ending the night together this way. A huge thank you to @wat.the_hec and @raspberryhunny for sharing your time, energy, and gifts with our sMILES fam. We’re so grateful to have you be part of our Wednesdays🫶🏽 📸 @fr3nchieeeeee @simplyamacying @georgioarmani_ by @wat.the_hec
Hey friends! I’m proud to be running the Houston Chevron Marathon for the first time in support of Texas Children’s Hospital (@texaschildrens). Every dollar raised directly impacts pediatric research, patient care, and the incredible staff making miracles happen daily. If you have the means, please consider donating through the link in my bio. A like and share would also go a long way into helping me reach my goal. No amount of support is too small to make a difference! https://donate.hakuapp.com/donations/new?fundraiser=88147486b1858c3fe028 #houstonchevronmarathon #chevronmarathon #runningforacause by @wat.the_hec
After celebrating the Knicks came straight back to World Cup madness with the homies. Had a blast being an adopted Mexican. Copa Mundial….. I’ll see you again in 4 years 🫡 by @wat.the_hec
The little kid in me smiled today. After so many disappointing years, being made fun off at lunch table basketball convos , watching the Knicks lose EVERY GAME IVE EVER BEEN TO (0-7), I just watched them have their first championship parade EVER. My phone died on me but the memories will live on. #KnicksParade #NBAChamps by @wat.the_hec

The Murph boys made it out the chat for Memorial Day 🇺🇸 1 mile run 100 pull ups 200 pushups 300 air squats 1 mile run. Got it done in 48 minutes and couldn’t ask for a better crew to do it with. Looking forward to the next one. 📷 Creds: @dennisthepilot @isaiah.murillo1 by @wat.the_hec
April showers bring May flowers. My flowers being medals 😅. After I fully recovered from my car accident earlier this year. I signed up for a bunch of races to see if I still got it. Having my mobility taken away from me put a fire in me I never knew I had once I healed. I stopped drinking for 2 months to see how much I can really improve. In that time I hit 3 PRs, and placed top 3 in those 5 races. I’m taking a break from racing for now but you can catch me getting miles in with my @runningonehtx crew. See yall outside 😎 by @wat.the_hec
H Town Half Marathon ☑️ Not only did I get to have fun during this race but I also hit my best time as well. The cool thing about the course being a loop is I got to see my friends on the sideline multiple times and the support was dope. I also got to encourage friends running along with me while we were on the course. Many of them running their 1st half marathons. Shout out to my brother @raholmes33 on his 1st race ever being a half marathon. It’s so dope to find friends that enjoy the hobbies you do but even better when family comes along for the ride. Can’t wait til the next one! by @wat.the_hec
