人氣上海菜開分店 ✨ 這次殺入倫敦市中心

想在倫敦吃上海菜，最近又多了一個新選擇！這間餐廳原本在 Earls Court 就累積了不少人氣，最近在 Holborn 開設第二間分店，交通更方便。

新店同樣主打正宗上海菜，還推出期間限定的醉蟹，另外也有港式點心、燒味等粵菜。目前兩間分店的 Google 評分都有 4.8 分，而且不收服務費，在倫敦算是難得～

Fukuoka Ramen Bar, Waterloo 🍜✨
This might be the most comforting bowl of ramen I’ve had in London. This new spot is serving proper Fukuoka-style tonkotsu, with broths cooked for hours & packed with flavour. @fukuokaramenwaterloo

We started with a few small plates; the edamame spring rolls were so unique, the pork gyozas had that perfect crispy base & juicy filling, & the chicken karaage was crispy & tender 🤤.

For mains, the beef short rib ramen was the star; huge, juicy meat that slid straight off the bone, in a rich & comforting broth. I also tried the tantan ramen, deeper, spicier, & just as satisfying 🌶️. Both came with perfectly soft-boiled eggs.

Proper soul-warming ramen with fresh, well-cooked meats & a hearty broth.

I was invited to try @no.10_restaurant's new Holborn branch.

Already a favourite in Earl's Court, No.10 has brought its traditional Shanghai cooking to central London. The dining room is smarter than you'd expect, and the open kitchen has ducks on display and chefs making dumplings by hand.

The dish to order is the xiao long bao, Shanghai's famous soup dumplings. Pierce a tiny hole, let the soup run out, then eat. Don't miss the shredded pork with lettuce in broth either, a dish they say everyone in Shanghai makes.
