🔥WAX RACING YAMAHA BILGE WIRING HARNESS KIT🔥
Every time you lift the hood on a hard ridden Yamaha ski, you usually see the same thing - a bilge pump wired in like an afterthought. Twisted joints, random fuses, messy splices, and a tangled rat’s nest of wiring that looks like it belongs in a backyard science experiment. We got sick of it!!!
Introducing WAX RACING Plug & Play Bilge Wiring Solution
A clean, professional wiring set up that eliminates the clutter and plugs straight into your ski’s existing electrical system - no cutting, no dodgy joints and no fuse holders floating around in your hull. Instead of running extra wiring everywhere, this kit plugs directly into the existing 12 VDC and ground connections inside your electrical box, keeping everything tidy, sealed, and reliable.
simply connect this unit into your stop / start wiring, it includes
・A pre-attached plug for the bilge pump power output
・A ready-to-connect plug for your bilge switch
This setup uses the factory fuse already inside your electrical box, meaning there is no need to mount or see fuse holder inside the hull.
No More Extra Fuse Mess & Cleaner, Safer, More Reliable! by @waxracingproducts

Leaking a couple more photos of the new Yamaha exhaust manifold.
This is the bit people kept asking about. The centre used to be 9 mm of cast with a gap that never really clamped. Now it’s 15 mm of solid 6061-T6 and the bridge sits higher so the runners blend clean.
That’s why the middle bolts are gone. There’s proper material there now.
Port match is 50 mm² all the way through — same as the Yamaha exhaust port. Nothing to grind, nothing to open up later.
A lot of PLA died getting this shape right. Worth it.
Machining’s nearly done. First ones coming soon.

Wax Racing doesn’t sit still.
We’ve heard it all — “your manifolds run too hot.” We don’t agree. But if it’s a problem for people, we sort it out.
This is the new Wax Racing exhaust manifold we’re working on for the Yamaha. Machining is almost finished and we are so excited.
Notice the middle bolts missing? How? Why?
Simple. We went from 9 mm cast with an open section that never really got fully clamped… to 15 mm of 6061-T6 alloy.
The bridge is taken up higher and blends beautiful. No grinding the runners — it’s perfect off the mill.
Ported your manifold recently? Why?
The cross section exhaust area in the Yamaha port is 50 mm². Ours is 50 mm² all the way through. The entire manifold.
No steps. No restrictions. Just a proper match.
A lot of time went into these. The amount of prints to check it was insane. So many rolls of PLA gave up their life getting this manifold right.
More coming.
