Something new is taking shape.

A new addition is about to join the Forma 5 universe.

We cannot reveal it yet—but you will not have to wait much longer.

Coming soon. Stay tuned. by @weareforma5

How people move through an office affects how the office works.

Clear routes reduce friction. Nearby storage keeps walkways free. Shared resources placed between teams create useful movement. Informal points along the way make spontaneous exchange possible without interrupting focused areas.

Healthy Work reminds us that organisation is spatial as well as operational. The journey between tasks deserves to be designed too.

One minute can change the way the next hour feels.

Raise Skala Next to standing height. Reset Dot.Pro so the backrest and armrests support the next task. Move, breathe, and return with a different posture.

An ergonomic workstation is not a fixed setup. It is a system the user can adjust throughout the day.

Colour can help an office explain itself.

With Hexa, different leg colours and melamine finishes can distinguish team areas, meeting points, and shared settings while keeping one coherent furniture language across the project.

The same collection can feel calm, expressive, neutral, or strongly branded — depending on the combination.

Light should help people work, not make them fight the screen.

Placing workstations in relation to daylight, controlling glare, combining natural and artificial light, and giving users some control over their immediate environment can improve visual comfort throughout the day.

Healthy Work looks beyond furniture to the full workplace experience. Because when light is planned well, it supports attention, comfort, and the natural rhythm of work.

A good task chair should support movement, not freeze the body in one “perfect” position.

Dot.Pro combines a flexible backrest, breathable options, adjustable armrests, and a seat designed for continuous use. The result is support that responds as the user changes posture throughout the day.

Because ergonomics is not about sitting still. It is about staying supported while you move.

Your next posture is only one adjustment away.

With Skala Next, changing height does not have to interrupt the task. Save your preferred positions, move from sitting to standing, and let a simple transition introduce more movement into the home-working day.

Try a 30-minute switch: answer email seated, take the next call standing, then reset the desk to the position that feels right for focused work.

The office does not need to change every five minutes. It needs to offer the right choices from the start.

A focused desk, a collaborative table, an informal meeting point, and a place to reset each answer a different need. When these settings are easy to read and easy to reach, people can choose the environment that fits the task instead of forcing every task into the same place.

An efficient office is not one room doing everything. It is a clear sequence of useful options.

Sustainability begins long before a piece of furniture reaches the office.

At Forma 5, circular design guides decisions about materials, durability, maintenance, production, and end of life. Recycled and renewable resources, efficient processes, and products designed to last help reduce impact throughout the life cycle.

Designing better also means using resources more responsibly.

Learning spaces are no longer designed for a single way of teaching.

Class, Glove, and Dimmer help create flexible environments that can move between individual work, group activities, conversation, and presentation.

Furniture that adapts makes it easier for the space to evolve with each moment of learning.

Because a classroom should support what is happening inside it, not hold it back. by @weareforma5
