20 YEARS with JLC. ONE BIG THANK YOU. 🎉    For 20 years, John Lyon’s Charity has been a valued partner in BANG’s journey, helping us create opportunities for young people across Brent and the surrounding boroughs.   Through Stacks and BANG Evolution, this year alone, we reached 343 young people across 7 schools and colleges, building financial literacy, confidence, leadership and enterprise skills.   From young leaders to budding entrepreneurs, this partnership continues to help young people discover their potential and shape their futures. 🌟   To everyone at John Lyon’s Charity, thank you for 20 years of belief, support and impact.  We’re proud of what we’ve built together and excited for what comes next!   Here’s to the next chapter. 🙌 by @wearestacking
Today, BANG attended the Brunel Autumn Fair in Uxbridge. It was a great opportunity to connect with university students and showcase the various opportunities available at BANG. We shared our pathways for undergraduates and graduates, focusing on developing their professional, leadership and enterprise skills to help them achieve their goals and aspirations in work and life. The day was organised and led by current BANG interns Arya, Kimjal and Sai Kumar, who have contributed to major projects at BANG, applying their skills and experience in filmmaking, graphic design, video editing and project management. The interns prepared the marketing materials for the day and shared their personal experiences at BANG, including how they have expanded their professional networks and developed new skills. We are committed to developing young leaders and working with Brunel University to ensure all interns have opportunities to build their skills and improve their employment prospects. by @wearestacking

Last weekend, BANG Young Leaders delivered The Great Giveaway at Grand Union, Alperton. The Great Giveaway was a youth-led community event focused on giving pre-loved furniture, clothing and kitchenware a new home rather than letting them go to waste. The event was planned and organised by young people, who took responsibility for coordinating activities, sourcing second-hand furniture and preparing the space to welcome the local community. The day was made possible with the support of volunteers, local organisations and Berkeley, who generously provided the space and resources to help make the event a success. A special thank you to Hounslow Repair Café, ReGarm, Positive Plugz, Katie Sampford, and all the organisations and volunteers who contributed to the successful delivery of The Great Giveaway. We look forward to involving BANG Young Leaders in more leadership and enterprise initiatives, providing opportunities to develop their communication, leadership, project planning and negotiation skills through practical, real-world experiences. #thegreatgiveaway #bangyoungleaders #weareBANG #enterprise by @wearestacking

More opportunities for young people to turn their ideas into something real. 🧡 We’re proud to continue our partnership with BANG, who supported more than 30 young people last academic year through their STACKS: Founders Lab programme. From concept development and branding to financial modelling and website design, young people had the chance to explore entrepreneurship, build practical skills and develop their ideas. We’re excited to be working together again this academic year, creating inclusive opportunities for more young people to build their confidence, skills and aspirations. A huge thank you to the BANG team for continuing to be part of the collective. 👏 #YouthEmployment #WorkExperience #Entrepreneurship #YouthOpportunity #CollectiveAction YouthCareers by @wearestacking
