⚡️7 Lagree L2 Advanced courses

⚡️1 STRONG team

LAGREE L2 TRAINING @wearethephew

It was a true Lagree marathon, diving deeper into progressions, variations and intentional sequencing, while refining form & alignment every step of the way.

It was both mentally and physically demanding to say the least, but the Phew team showed up with energy, curiosity and an open, positive mindset. We fueled each other all weekend and all left with a deeper love & passion for the method. 🤍

Proud to have certified this incredible crew to the next level, and love to see them using & harnessing every tool that they’ve gained right away! 🫶🏽⚡️

Don’t let the small movements fool you.

Sculpt is low-impact but definitely not easy. Our classes use @melania.antuchas ’ Pulse Effect Method, combining slow, controlled movements with targeted muscle work to really make you feel the burn.

You’ll feel it. by @wearethephew
