No judgment. Weโ€™ve heard them all. ๐Ÿ˜… โ€œIโ€™ll handle it for nowโ€ can work until for now starts becoming the way the business operates. The next hire shouldnโ€™t start with a job title. It should start with an honest look at what the business actually needs. by @weareziler
When geography stops being the first filter, the conversation changes. Start with: What does the business need? Then find the talent that fits. by @weareziler

A remote interview is still an interview. You don't need a picture-perfect home office or an expensive setup. You do want to show that you're prepared. Preparation is part of the interview before you even say hello. by @weareziler
Donโ€™t just tell an interviewer what was on your job description. Tell them what changed because you did it. Instead of: โŒ โ€œI managed paid advertising.โ€ Try: โœ… โ€œI managed paid campaigns that generated X leads while reducing cost per lead by X%.โ€ Your responsibilities explain your role. Your results explain your value. by @weareziler
Outsourcingโ€ can sound like: โ€œ๐˜๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ 37 ๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ด๐˜ฌ๐˜ด. โ€ That's not always the opportunity. The bigger opportunity is asking: Then finding the right talent to build it. by @weareziler
When your team is constantly stretched, the answer isn't always another productivity tool, meeting, or motivational speech. Sometimes, you simply don't have enough people. That's where remote talent can change the equation. More capacity. Less pressure. More room to grow. by @weareziler
If you think of remote talent as: โ€œsomeone offshore who handles tasksโ€ฆโ€ you'll manage them differently. If you think: โ€œThis is a member of my team.โ€ you start thinking about: Ownership. Communication. Performance. Growth. Results. That's the difference between outsourcing a tasks and building a remote team. by @weareziler
Tools can make work faster, easier, and more visible...But they canโ€™t fix a process that isnโ€™t working. Before adding another platform, look at how the work actually moves: responsibilities, communication, handoffs, and decisions. Fix the process first. Then let the tools support it. by @weareziler

As a business grows, so does the More people, clients, tools, and decisions mean
