October is National Co-op Month! 💚🌱 And we're continuing our celebration of the members who make Weavers Way so special!

Next stop: Ambler! 📍 Meet Larry, a Weavers Way member and working member since 2017, who describes his neighborhood Co-op as the Cheers of grocery stores — where everybody knows your name! 😂🛒

For Larry, being a member means more than just shopping for groceries. It means ownership, friendly faces, and walking into a store that truly feels like his own. 💚

And he has plenty of favorite things about the Ambler store! From the prepared foods and fabulous coffee selection ☕ to the unique gifts, cards, and ever-changing displays, there's always something new to discover.

As Larry puts it, “When I come here, I feel this is my store.”

That's what makes a co-op different. Our members are owners, our stores reflect their neighborhoods, and community is at the heart of everything we do.

What's YOUR favorite thing about our Ambler store? Tell us below! 👇

The Herbal Remedies with Kitchen Herbs Clinic with Simone Davis was super educational, inspiring, and, most of all, fun! Families, friends, and members all enjoyed making their own custom seasonal tonic using common herbs, vinegar, and honey to take home and enjoy all season long. Thank you, Simone!

“There’s something powerful about people coming together and investing in their own community. I think that’s why the co-op movement resonates with so many people, including me,” says Anne Shuniak. She’s the third member-owner of the @westchestercooperative which just opened its doors after a decade of development to rave reviews from the local community.
