💛 414 💙 There’s so much to celebrate about Milwaukee and the @shepherdexpress Best of MKE Awards are another opportunity to recognize the people, places, businesses, and organizations that make it so special! We’re incredibly grateful to see Harmonic Harvest, HH Fundraising Marketplace, HH Community Support Specialist - Moshi (@moshi.the.great), and HH & MOSHI (@_____moshi_____) Founder - Jenna (@jennawashuleski 👋) recognized among this year’s nominees! 🥹🙏🖇️ But what makes these nominations especially meaningful is knowing how many people contribute to everything we’re building. Our team, volunteers, makers, artists, donors, brand partners, neighbors, and everyone who shows up to support a socially sustainable future. None of it happens alone. Congratulations to ALL the nominees! And just as importantly, to the countless people and businesses who weren’t nominated but make Milwaukee what it is every single day. From the small businesses and neighborhood gathering places to our restaurants, artists, nonprofits, and cultural institutions, we all contribute something different to the fabric of this city. Thank you to Shepherd Express for celebrating Milwaukee and giving our community an opportunity to recognize one another! If you have a moment, we’d love your support in this year’s voting, which only has a few days left! And while you’re there, take some time to discover and vote for the many wonderful people and places that make Milwaukee special! Together, we make Milwaukee the BEST! 💛🖇️💙🌟 With gratitude from myself ~ Jenna ~ and all of us at Harmonic Harvest! Thank you by @weavingsilverlinings
🌱🖇️🫶🏻🖇️🫶🏼🖇️🫶🏽🖇️🫶🏾🖇️🫶🏿🖇️🌳 Weaving the fabric of our communities (one silver lining at a time) for a more SOCIAL sustainable and brighter future for ALL. ✨ Here is a preview of Harmonic Harvest’s annual report from launching to the public on Giving Tuesday ~ 11/27/23 til the end of 2025. It’s been amazing to look back and see how much has been accomplished in a short period of time. Looking forward to where this journey continues to take us! Generational wealth depends on us creating a paradigm shift. Weaving Silver Linings means everyone who is trying to create a better future - we need to come together. Where we get stuck, is we all have different perspectives on what a better world looks like. So we started focusing on the Silver Linings. The people - the places - and spaces that are BRINGING US TOGETHER. Social gatherings are NEEDED to combat the loneliness epidemic, feelings of division, and increase relationship with technology. We are social creatures, of course. Stay tuned to learn more about “The Social Sustainability Lab” Harmonic Harvest has created to show case our data and findings but also what evidence and supportive material we are discovering through research on this quest to show the importance of gatherings & community connection. Let’s just say / we have found a lot. If this interests you - keep in touch because we will be sharing ways you can be involved. by @weavingsilverlinings
Reflecting on HH Harmonic Harvest grew so quickly, which is a testament to the support we have received and the belief in the mission to foster social sustainability by empowering community connection. Here is a preview of our annual report, which…. will have a snapshot of our impact but also have a comprehensive breakdown from launching on Giving Tuesday, 11/27/2023 til the end of December 2025. Our team has been working to strengthen our foundation, perfecting our systems, and we are ready to not only get into the data and testimonies about why this mission matters but also begin to share the research and evidence we have found to support our movement ~ stay tuned for “The Social Sustainability Lab” We are excited to start activating our HQ more consistently. This fall our goal is to be open 7 days a with gatherings throughout each day ~~~ including Collaborative Conversations open to community (which previously we just hosted with our LL Grant Recipients). We have been filming this entire time, so expect to see our youtube docuseries, Weaving Silver Linings back in action to fully bring you up to speed on Harmonic Harvest ——— including starting to see more of the process - meet the faces behind the stories - and learn about the history of gatherings. Harmonic Harvest is weaving the fabric of community. Our Renaissance Threads: A Tapestry of Silver Linings workshop is going GLOBAL 🎉 It’s all just a matter of time. Thank you to everyone that has supported our journey. Many of you watched us build from lighting the Hoan Bridge on Giving Tuesday to opening our HQ. We established the structure. Now, we are in a routine and ready to engage deeper. Looking forward to reflecting on our annual report with everyone! Stay tuned as we continue to dot our i’s and cross our t’s. We are planning a special exhibit for our 3 year anniversary. by @weavingsilverlinings
A night of community, connection & women empowerment 🥰💕 🪩💃 Thank you @weavingsilverlinings for hosting a Renaissance Threads Silver Linings Workshop for the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Milwaukee! This workshop brought together corporate partners, team captains, and breast cancer survivors where they each created a silver lining to add to the Harmonic Harvest x Making Strides Milwaukee Tapestry! Everyone at the workshop reflected on a positive moment that being involved with the American Cancer Society has brought them and transformed that silver lining into a unique piece of art. Using fabric squares and a variety of creative materials, this group created 6 new squares that will be added to the ones created at the October 10th event! Italian luxury brand, Ferragamo, has generously donated silk and other materials to Harmonic Harvest in support of this collaboration with ACS’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Milwaukee! I am so grateful for the people stepping up to create a movement that goes beyond event day for Making Strides Milwaukee! It’s a blessing to be in this position and use my cancer story to build genuine experiences for our city! by @weavingsilverlinings

There’s a reason Milwaukee is known as the City of Festivals! 💙💛⚾️🎉 The Brewers World Series Championship Rally at the Summerfest grounds was such a great example of what our city does so well! Multiple stages activated with live bands, DJs, entertainment, and screens broadcasting the rally, along with plenty of food, drinks, and Brewers merchandise. A special shoutout to Brian Anderson and Sophia Minnaert for doing an incredible job hosting, interviewing players, and keeping the celebration going, along with all the musicians and performers ~ Charlie Berens ~ who contributed to the experience! I an impressed by the efficiency of it all. From traffic control and crowd management to security and food service, the coordination was remarkable ~~ especially since there was more people in this area than the population of the entire city!! But I can’t say I’m surprised! Milwaukee knows how to host large gatherings, and it’s thanks to the experienced teams and countless people working behind the scenes. @summerfest What a wonderful way to celebrate our Brewers and showcase our City of Festivals! GO BREW CREW! 💙💛🏆 @brewers @visitmilwaukee @charlieberens @djaymando @sophiaminnaert @bandersonpxp by @weavingsilverlinings
The Milwaukee Brewers really do capture the charm of the Midwest 💙🖇️⚾️💛 by @weavingsilverlinings
One of my favorite moments from the Brewers World Series Championship Rally was hearing owner Mark Attanasio reflect on what this championship means to Wisconsin. 💙💛⚾️ Shout out BA @bandersonpxp for amazing job interviewing 🍻 When Mark and his ownership group purchased the Brewers in 2005, the team was coming out of years of disappointing seasons. More than 20 years later, he and his family are celebrating the franchise’s first World Series championship alongside an entire state! I appreciate was his emphasis on the community that makes the Brewers so much more than a baseball team. He said, “There are 6 million people in this state, but today we’re one. We’re all one family today. Let’s hold on to that feeling.” I couldn’t agree more! Seeing so many people come together, across generations, backgrounds, and differences, is a reminder of how important gathering and belonging are. At Harmonic Harvest, we spend so much time thinking about how to strengthen the fabric of community. The Brewers have given us a wonderful example of what that can look like. I hope we all hold on to that feeling, too. Join us in making a World Series Tapestry! 💙💛 GO BREW CREW! 🏆⚾️ by @weavingsilverlinings
Moments from the Milwaukee Brewers World Series Championship Rally! 💙💛🏆⚾️ Brian Anderson (@bandersonpxp) did such an amazing job hosting, interviewing the players, and keeping the celebration going! I also loved when Sophia Minnaert (@sophiaminnaert) took the microphone, especially her interviews with William Contreras (@williamcontreras42) and Jackson Chourio (@jacksonbryaan) in Spanish and English. From the players and coaches to the Brewers legends who returned to celebrate, there were so many funny, emotional, and unforgettable moments. And hearing everyone reflect on what this championship means to them, their families, and the fans made it even more special. You could how much the people behind this team genuinely mean to one another. You could feel the excitement, gratitude, and pride throughout the entire celebration! Thank you to everyone who helped bring this historic experience to Milwaukee. What a wonderful way to celebrate our Brewers and the community that surrounds them! GO BREW CREW! 💙💛🏆 by @weavingsilverlinings
The World Series celebrations aren’t over!! After all the excitement, gatherings, and incredible moments we’ve shared, it’s hard to imagine what next weekend will look like! And who knows what next season will bring? But the connections we’ve made and the memories we’ve shared don’t have to end with baseball season! Harmonic Harvest’s Brewers World Series Tapestry of Silver Linings is still underway, and we’re inviting fans to keep showing up and sharing their stories about how baseball has been a silver lining in their lives. Whether it’s a family tradition, a friendship, a childhood memory, or someone you love who introduced you to the game, we want to preserve those stories through writing and art on fabric, which we’ll weave into a collective tapestry celebrating the fabric of the Brewers community. And cheer for a different team? That’s okay, too! We believe everyone belongs at Harmonic Harvest. Although, fair warning to Cubs fans… you’re getting your own tapestry! 😂💙💛 Stop by Harmonic Harvest in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward anytime we’re open to participate for free, or email hello@harmonicharvest.org to learn how to contribute from anywhere! Let’s keep this spirit of community alive long after the final pitch. GO BREW CREW! 💙💛⚾️ by @weavingsilverlinings
What a way to end the largest celebration in Wisconsin history! 💙💛⚾️🏆 I got to watch the final moments of the Milwaukee Brewers World Series Championship Parade as the players stepped off their buses, proudly showed off the trophy, and continued celebrating with everyone (including Bud Selig) before heading into the championship rally! My favorite part was seeing the interactions with the firefighters, police officers, security teams, dancers, fans, and Bernie Brewer! 🎉 With an estimated 750,000+ people attending the parade and rally, this may have been the largest single-day gathering in Wisconsin’s history! And while the players made this championship possible on the field, it was wonderful to see them celebrating with so many of the people who helped make this historic day possible behind the scenes. From those who keep us safe to those who organize events, welcome fans, and contribute to the experience, there are so many people who make moments like this possible - THAT Is the fabric of community! What an incredible day for Milwaukee and Wisconsin! GO BREW CREW! 💙💛🏆 by @weavingsilverlinings
