Did you know that 35% of Utah college students report experiencing food insecurity?❤️‍🩹 Weber State University’s Empty Bowls Event brings art and purpose together with handcrafted pottery bowls available for purchase, with proceeds benefiting the Weber Cares Food Pantry.🥣 Find a one-of-a-kind bowl to take home from @themonarchogden while helping provide food assistance to students in need on Friday, November 6th from 6-9PM!😋☑️ by @webercarespantry

Día de los Muertos may fall on November 1st and 2nd, but who says the celebration has to end there? Cultura & Craft is keeping the spirit alive by bringing art, cultura, and comunidad to The Monarch! Browse local artists and vendors before joining the Cultura Dance Party, where tradition meets nightlife and the dance floor comes alive with ritmo. The festivities also include the 2nd Annual Cultura & Craft Community Appreciation Bike Show, welcoming bikes of all kinds, with DJ Nino Fern setting the mood in the Royal Room!

Rooted in the spirit of Día de los Muertos, the evening celebrates how art, music, and tradition keep stories alive and bring generations together.

Downstairs in the Gist, Van Sessions continues its 10-year anniversary festivities with live performances right next to The Monarch bar!

Incredible Day of Service and partnership with WSU students, faculty, and staff, thanks to @wsuccel and @webercarespantry

🥫 at 9am volunteers built out 300 snack packs

🍽️ at 1pm @wsu_sust sponsored meal kit builds and we made over 50 meal kits

🪥 at 2:30pm volunteers built out 300 hygiene packs

This helps replenish our Pantry Pack stock so that we can continue to help students across campus in other ways than shopping at the pantry!

Want to help? We accept donations M-F at Lindquist Hall 024 and you can sign up for group volunteer projects starting this November in GivePulse!
