Such a fun class surrounded by such amazing people🫶🏻The people make the place and I’m so lucky to have such a strong support team by my side.

You can officially find me on the schedule at @befitmodernpilates every day but Fridays and Sundays in all our Dallas locations!

So grateful for this opportunity and all the people I will meet and practice with along the way! by @wellnessbymorg

It’s been a while — Exciting things happening! I completed my Slow Resistance Training @befitmodernpilates this past weekend.

Lots of training hours to come these next few weeks and I’m loving it. Teaching Xformer is so different than yoga or mat pilates and I love the challenge.

Follow along for more content on the training and teaching🫶🏻

“The most viable and important capital… Wellness Capital”

I got the chance to hear from Usher at the Billboard Live Music Summit and he spoke on what is one piece of advice he would give others in the industry. He went on to say that wellness capital is the most important thing to prioritize in life, nourishing those areas in your life that bring you peace. Wellness doesn’t look the same for everyone but it’s about finding what works for you.

For me that’s yoga and meditation. Working in the fast-paced world of live entertainment has shown me that life moves fast, it’s the constant energy and go go go. But I’ve learned how important it is to slow down and make space for myself and honor those moments in my days where I can recharge. Whether it’s a class in the morning before work, a late night class after work, or even just breath work mid-day, every tiny moment matters.

Wellness isn’t just about rest, it’s about protecting your peace and doing what fuels you. 🍃🧘🏼‍♀️⚡️#wellnesscapital #meditation by @wellnessbymorg
