Faith. It’s stepping into the unknown, letting go, even when we don’t know what’s next.
The leaves on this tree go through magnificent changes before they eventually die. And while beautiful all through spring and summer, they display their most brilliant colors in fall. The most radiant part of their life is right before they let go.
The tree is not worried. It knows, it has faith, that in spring, its leaves will grow again.

Have faith in this season.
Rest.
For you too will grow again.

“Faith is power. It changes your life by changing you. It places you on a different ground of being within yourself. It gives you a confidence based on something that’s in you but not of you, that can do for you what you can’t do for yourself. Where we put our faith literally and directly influences what happens next.”
~ Marianne Williamson

And in this life we will constantly
be pulled between love and loss
grief and gratitude
pain and purpose.
But how brave it is to allow
yourself space for the tension,
to know that
seemingly opposite things can
all be true at once
and to hold them all
in your hand at once
in your heart at once

~ Liz Newman

Grief is more than an emotional experience. It affects the mind, body, spirit, relationships, and identity.

It cannot be measured by time, circumstance, severity, or outcome. It is a reflection of the depth and meaning of a relationship.

I know the immense pain of losing baby.
Grief from pregnancy and infant loss changes you in inexplicable ways. It is a path that is forever woven into your life.

But we can learn his to integrate loss into our lives. We can honor what was lost and recognize what remains - making room for both grief and hope.

Over time, we can learn how to hold onto love without being consumed by suffering.

Join me Saturday, Nov 7th @bluestar_resort

Together, in the company of other parents who have lost - we make space for grief while making space for life.

It’s fall….
Are you still rushing?
Days filled with a busy calendar, constantly going, going, and going?

Can you take a moment to pause?
What can you let go of,
What can you take off your plate.
What will give you room to breathe,
What fills your heart with ease?

I promise, it’s ok to let go. We really don’t need to do as much as we think we do.
It’s who you are,
not what you do that matters.

“So breathe. Begin again. And fall gracefully into who you were always meant to be.” -Katie Donahue
