There are coaches that coach only the physical. @keithwood5363 is the coach that wants to coach & train the whole person. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or seasoned athlete, he will train based on your personal needs & goals. I’m forever grateful for his wisdom & dedication to me and pushing me beyond anything i ever thought possible for myself.. and thank you @kpsgrowingpains for providing an encouraging environment for anyone, at any age to train & better themselves. @emmaaa_gracee_ @sambryan.07 @chasidymarie18 @macook83 @_summertime_fit @bethanybarber3 @brandi.hively @itsrae_rn , @baggettjanie my Charlie, my husband Jeffry, Becky sis in law, @_susiepeters for all of the support & encouragement!
