I found another amazing new spot for tree jumps! This is the thing I did, plus clips of me working up to the thing.

Decided to take my own advice and SENT IT on a front flip! 🔥🔥🔥 It’s REALLY rare that I do flips outdoors. The last time was like 2 years ago at group training. BUT yesterday I did it in a solo training sesh! I trusted myself and my ability, and landed safely 💪🏼😊 Definitely need more practice to build confidence, but doing one is a START! Anyways, the point is, whatever it is you’re doing, launching a business, training for something, learning a new skill, trust yourself 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 You’ve got this! 😉😉😉 #motivation #movement #trusttheprocess #trustyourself #trust #believeinyourself #parkour #freerunning #jump #fitness #gymmotivation by @wes_naturecoach

I decided to make a video out of cutting wood for the fire pit I made in the yard using lots of big rocks! 🪵🪓 W@rning: Video may cause guys to look at this and say, “hell yeah”

FINALLY achieved full middle splits after YEARS of training!
There will always be mountains to climb for those who want to climb them 😊
It feels good to finally be at the top of this one, and I have a better vantage point of how to climb some others now

Lots of flexibility, mobility, and strength training all coming together feels so good 😩

Trying something I’ve never tried. What do I call this?
The goal is to make it clean. “Clean” meaning controlled descent into holding the full back lever at the bottom. I’m not too far off. Just a bit more practice. 💪🏼💚
Next goal is to get it on the Rings 🙌🏼

I did some regressions before this, on a low bar where I could put my leg on the ground to help me practice muscle-up form. Trying to engage more efficiently and pull up in a way that isn’t harsh on the shoulders. Coming back to the bar after a couple sets of those, this is the result.

Thanks @rb_photography2020 for capturing me lifting stones in the river 😊💪🏼

I was really happy with this one 💪🏼
The core bracing you need to front squat a sandbag this heavy is pretty knarly.
It was extremely difficult, but I could feel the benefits for my core and back all week after this. I just left the original audio so you could hear how hard I worked for it haha
Lifting these sandbags every week has felt amazing.
Can’t wait for the next workout! 🏋🏻‍♂️

I’m so glad one of my gyms has these. Anyone who’s been following me for a little bit knows I love odd object lifts. I’ll pick sandbags and stones over barbells any day 💪🏼
The front squats really lit my back up. With good bracing, it’s an INCREDIBLE core workout. 100 lbs was tough, but I think I can go heavier.

Today, one of the things I worked on was Planche. There’s alot of errors you can make in going about doing this. Practice, and observation will be your best friends in learning new movements. Anyways, here’s my progression towards one day doing a full planche with straight arms. 💪🏼🙌🏼😊
