🍪 DO YOU LIKE COOKIES? DO YOU LIKE FREE COOKIES? HOW ABOUT FREE COOKIES FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR?! 🍪

And what if I told you they're 100% gluten-free AND vegan options are included?! 👀

That's right! I'm giving away FREE COOKIES FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR to one very lucky customer!

Here's how it works: You'll win a VIP Cookie Card that you can bring to ANY of my markets in 2027. Show me your card and get yourself a FREE COOKIE! That's up to THREE FREE COOKIES A WEEK for the entire farmers market season. 🤯

HOW DO YOU ENTER?

You have to come see me in person! I'm hosting this giveaway at my hometown market:

📍 Crescent Beach Legion #240
@crescentparklegionmarkets @rcl_branch240
📅 November 14th
⏰️ 10-3pm

Swing by, say hello, and ask me for an entry form. They won't be sitting out on my table, so make sure you ask! No purchase necessary!

WHY AM I DOING IT THIS WAY?

Because this isn't a social media giveaway. It's a CUSTOMER APPRECIATION GIVEAWAY. 💛

I want this to go to someone who actually comes out and supports my little business. I want YOU to win and I want to make your chances of winning REALLY good, rather than having a bunch of random entries from people who may never even visit a market.

Now, if you want to like, share, and comment on this post, I absolutely appreciate it! It helps the algorithm, gets me in front of more people, and helps my little business grow.

I'm really hoping to see lots of familiar faces at this one. It's literally TWO BLOCKS FROM MY HOUSE. Do you know how many cinnamon buns I can bake when my commute is approximately a minute and a half?! 😂 AND I may actually be set up early... imagine that 👀.

I'm so excited for this market, and I cannot wait to see who wins!

The winner will be announced after all the holiday market craziness, in 2027. 🍪

See you November 14th!

Do you have a pile of these? 👀🛍️

If you get groceries delivered or do store pickup, you know those sturdy handled paper bags that pile up fast. I would LOVE to give them a second life this market season.

I know most of these end up in the recycling bin, and this is such a great way to reuse, recycle, and reduce waste. It also saves me from dropping $200+ on a box of new bags 🙈. The little things really do add up when you're a small business.

You can bring them to me at any of my markets (so appreciated 🙌), or if you’re in the White Rock / South Surrey area and have a stash saved up, I’d be happy to arrange a pickup. Honestly, I go through these bags like crazy year-round, so I’ll always take them anytime during the year!

SEPTEMBER COOKIES FOR A CAUSE UPDATE! 🐾🍪💛

Okay, I'm a little late with this one! October completely got away from me with the end of market season, Thanksgiving, and ALL THE THINGS. So first, a big thank you to @ctrs_bc for being patient with me while I got all my market stuff sorted out and cookie sales added up!

But I'm finally here with our September totals, and you guys showed UP!

September Cookies for a Cause
🍪 188 cookies sold = $987
💰 Donations & tips = $49
💛 GRAND TOTAL = $1,036!

And every single dollar is going to Cat Therapy & Rescue Society (@ctrs_bc) in memory of Crab the cat. 🐈

I had actually planned to wrap up Cookies for a Cause for the year, but then Crab came across my feed, and I had to reach out. So I squeezed in one last fundraiser month, and I'm so glad we did. There are SO many kitties in thier care who need help. I hope this can help a few of those sweet faces.

THANK YOU to everyone who bought cookies, donated, tipped, or helped spread the word. You guys make this little monthly fundraiser mean so much more than just cookies.

That's a wrap on Cookies for a Cause for 2026, and I genuinely can't wait to bring it back next year! 🐾🍪

Maple Ridge, this one’s a little late, but I couldn’t let the season end without saying THANK YOU! 💛

You guys showed up for my final day at @haneyfarmersmarket , and I appreciate you more than you know. This has honestly become one of my favorite markets, even with the long haul to get there. The people, the support, the familiar faces… it’s always worth it!

A huge shoutout and THANK YOU to Leah, the market manager, for always doing such an amazing job. And of course, Clara (in the pic 📸 ) and Sidney! These two are always ready and willing to lend a hand, both in Maple Ridge AND Port Coquitlam. 👏👏👏

Now I’m officially taking a little breather before diving headfirst into Christmas prep. 🎄 I’ll be back out at markets the first weekend of November, and I PROMISE I’m actually getting my Christmas market email out this time. 😂 You’ll find all the dates here too, so you know exactly where to track me down!

I can’t wait to see your faces again in a few weeks. Until then, thank you for showing up, supporting my little business, and making this whole crazy adventure so worth it.

HANEY FARMERS MARKET EXCLUSIVE!

Maple Ridge, I’m switching things up for our FINAL regular-season market! 👀

Instead of my usual pre-made variety boxes, this Saturday you get to BUILD YOUR OWN VARIETY BOX! 🎉

✨ 6 items for $30 - that’s just $5 per item! ✨

Choose ANY six items from my squares, cookies or loaf slices. Mix and match your favs and build a box that’s actually filled with the things YOU want.

I’ll also be bringing extra goodies for the display case, so there should be plenty to choose from!

Now, based on pre-orders, I think it’s going to be a busy one… but I always go into markets cautiously optimistic because you just never know who’s going to show up. 😂 And then you guys surprise me every single time, so LET’S HOPE YOU DO IT AGAIN!

I’ve been stalking the weather forecast like it’s my full-time job, and while it’s looking a little questionable, it does look like we might get sunshine during market hours. ☀️ I’LL TAKE IT.

So come out, stock up, grab your favorites, and build yourself a discounted variety box for the weekend!

A LITTLE THANKSGIVING GRATITUDE POST 💛

White Rock, I genuinely don't even know where to begin..

I just want to say how much I absolutely LOVE and appreciate every single one of you who has shown up for me. Yesterday was INSANE. I barely looked up because I didn't want to see how long that line was getting, and somehow, you guys just kept coming.

The comments from people walking by about how crazy you all were for standing in that line had me laughing so hard. You really, truly outdid yourselves and gave me the sweetest sendoff I could have ever asked for.

From all our conversations, the offers help me wash dishes😂, the cards, the gifts, the tips, and my American customers bringing me FRUITY PEBBLES - you made me feel so incredibly loved and appreciated. I genuinely cannot put into words what that means to me.

I also need to give some love to my AMAZING market neighbours that put up with me.

@abreadaffairbakery - Arsham my market photographer 😂
OutWest Ranch - Carol my friend, I will miss you!
@mukasicoffee - the crew keeping me caffeinated all season.

And to Elaine & Patti @eforwhiterock @patti8655 for running such an incredible market - THANK YOU. All the amazing staff and volunteers that help make it happen - THANK YOU: Cody, Kyle, Brooke, Sydney, Susan, Liam and everyone else I'm inevitably forgetting (I'm sorry! 😭). You guys put so much into this market, and it would not be what it is without you.

This little gluten-free business has grown alongside the @farmersmarketwhiterock . This is where so much of it started, and getting to be part of this community means more to me than I could ever explain.

White Rock, you didn't just show up for my final market of the season. You showed me just how much this little business means to this community. You made me feel loved in every possible way, and I will carry that feeling with me long after market season is over.

So, on this Thanksgiving, I'm feeling extra grateful for YOU. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU from the absolute bottom of my heart. 🥹❤️

📸 @jennavan.s (thank you 💛)
AND big thanks to everyone who sent me pics and videos for my mom to see - you have no idea how much that means to me. by @westcoastgf
