NO BIKE STEVE? NO PROBLEM MATE.
Steve made the trip all the way from California for the UCI Gravel World Championships @nannupgravel2026

His bike.... not so much.

His bike missed a connecting flight, and wasn't going to make it to Nannup for race day.

A quick spin on our demo GUAVA SPOT GRX and the problem was sorted.

No dramas. No excuses. Just a bloke keen to race and a bike keen to be ridden.

That's one of the things we love about gravel. At the end of the day, we're all out there for the same reasons. Good people, good bikes, a bit of suffering, and plenty of mud.

Cheers for trusting us with the ride Steve. Glad we could help get you onto the start line.

GRAVEL MATES FOR LIFE. 🤙

𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗺𝘂𝗱, 𝗳𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴... 𝗕𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗱𝘂 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹! 🤎

Riders rolled into the Wheatbelt for another unforgettable weekend of gravel adventure, with challenging conditions adding an extra layer of grit to an already tough day on the bike. Despite a short-lived but nasty storm, a few (million) midgies, the racing was fierce, the costumes were colourful, and the smiles were everywhere.

Unreal to be back out, shooting bike racing at @bikeittoballidugravel . Tough conditions out on the wheat belt for riders and the photos, but it was a great warm-up ahead of the gravel World Champs in a few weeks down in Nannup.

Can’t wait to cover a few days of the best gravel riders from around the world in WA’s backyard 🌈 taken in Ballidu by @travclohessy
