Who Sets the Standard for Black Beauty?

Black beauty has never been neutral — it’s been shaped, debated, and too often staged. From colonial ideals to the glow of K-beauty, the question remains: who decides what “better” looks like? ✨

Tomorrow is my family’s thanksgiving day, and I’ve spent this week mentally walking through this year.

From how it started to where I am now, it’s been nothing short of a journey. Through the days where I struggled to figure things out and the days it all just fell in place, this year has been remarkable!

Ending the year deeply grateful — for my people, the opportunities, the lessons, my team! 🥰
