More springs do not always mean a harder movement.

On the Reformer, spring resistance changes the support, stability and control required throughout an exercise.
A heavier setting can create more resistance in one movement while offering more assistance in another.

Your instructor selects the setup with purpose, helping you find the challenge in the right place. by @wgcanningvale

First ice bath? Four tips from the team >>

1. Breathe out slowly as you get in
2. Keep your hands out of the water
3. Aim for one minute, not ten
4. Warm up naturally afterwards

Heart condition or pregnant? Check with your doctor first!

Some of the best parts of training happen between the sets.

The quick check-ins, conversations across the gym floor and familiar faces who notice when you walk in all shape the atmosphere at Canning Vale.

Training may bring us together, but it is the people who make this feel like a community. by @wgcanningvale

The first hello and the last "see you tomorrow."

Meet Hayley, our new Pro Shop Manager from our front desk. Knows your name, your shake order, and whether you really did come in three times this week 👀

Make sure to say hi on your next visit!

We asked one team member and one member the same question: what keeps you coming back to World Gym Canning Vale?

Their answers might be different, but both speak to the people, routines and sense of belonging that shape our club.

Training looks different for everyone—and that is exactly what makes this community what it is. by @wgcanningvale

💪 MEET WILLOW
One of our new PTs!

Willow’s here every day, so if you see him around, make sure you say hey! 👋

NO WASTED MOVEMENT. EVERY REP HAS PURPOSE. ⛓️

We don’t do generic warm-ups. Every movement is intentiona l- activating the right muscle groups, increasing blood flow, elevating the heart rate and preparing the joints for what’s ahead.

The work starts before the workout. ☝🏽 by @wgcanningvale
