I wanted to share some fun news: Beginning Monday, I have the real honor of becoming the Regional Manager for @ritualhotyoga and Dolly has accepted the esteemed position of Asst to the Regional Manager. I love the Ritual Family with my entire being.

This practice has changed my life and as I watch it change the lives of others all across this country I know that the work I do allows for so many people who may not have ever tried yoga or heard the philosophy to try it and be changed by it too!

I’ll still be teaching at Wicker but you’ll get to see me at River North, West Loop and maybe even at some of our other studios as well soon 😉. Dolly would like me to add she is committed to keeping every studio safe and adorable. She’ll still be walking me to and from class as my main and only form of security 😂. See you all on the mat and the best days of Ritual are truly ahead. by @wickerparkrituals

When you call or email the studio, this is who you’re talking to btw 😌💅

Haven’t tried a class at Ritual Wicker Park yet? This is your sign! DM for more info! 🔥🔥
