Fire skillet brie , roasted grapes & local honey.

The open fire, embers and smoke lick the cast iron skillet till the french Brie melts. We serve this with some signature sourdough focaccia, from Salumeria.

We’ve been working hard to get this passion of ours off the ground. Open fire cooking, smoking meat, back to the enjoyable basics. Can’t wait for our first event!
— Stay tuned —

The sun sets, you smell that familiarity, the flames and smoke hug the meat glistening on the open fire.
Drink in hand, you nod your head to a tranquil beat in the distance as you chat about this, that or the other. Your guards are down, surrounded by like minded friends.
Enjoying a night, low key in the country side. I can’t wait to taste that food that’s been hanging, good food takes time and tonight that’s what time it is.
Someone asked us, what’s Wildfire?
