I started this journey 6 years ago. So much has happened in these years of f understanding my body and the capabilities it still has at 56. Its feels so good to be strong 💪🏼

I that invite you to start your path. It’s yours. by @wildflow_method

I can’t seem to find a word to describe the the process of putting together the Wild Flow Method program and book.

It has been exciting and frustrating.

Tiring but a surge of power

It seemed overwhelming, like it would never end, and today, it did.

I have had to dig deep.

I have doubted myself.

but I kept true, moved forward and finished what I envisioned.

In the process I learned I like to write, to learn, and most of all to teach.

Finally, on the last days of this strange year just a few days away from my 56th birthday, I concluded the process and the Wild Flow Method is out in the world.

And during this process I found my Wild Flow… it is now my path.

I wish you Find your own Wild Flow as well.

May 2024 open new paths for men to reconnect with their bodies and regain the strength and mobility needed to live the life they dream.

This will also be the year to join a Wild Flow bootcamp in the jungle.

Stay tuned and go live life.

You think you need a gym to workout?

You do not.

Go outside and play, climb tree branches as if your were a kid again.

Go wild and have fun. If you do, strength will come your way.

Trust the process and find your WildFlow.

Enjoy your path. by @wildflow_method

The more I share my life story, the more I understand who I am and what my path is.

Thank you @foodforlifeinstitute for giving me the stage to teach my movement theory with people who are open and willing to learn new conscious movement patterns.

It takes courage to try movement patterns while feeling totally awkward - and keep trying.

Every master began his path as a novice. Trust the process and find your WildFlow

The more layers of movement one discovers, the more joy one receives.

Find your Wild Flow. by @wildflow_method

I have learned the value of being a student of movement.

Of listening before talking

Of feeling content in being a beginner - no one was born masterful

There is time for doing - and there is time for being.

I have always lived in the doing.

It is time to be.

It’s time to share
