Something witchy was in order for October so here's the resident warlock doing what he does best 🔮🔮

Someone asked to know more about Trevor's magic and I thought I'd try to explain a little bit.

Until the age of 17, Trevor's magic never manifested as anything more than overly vivid dreams and clairsentience- he was extremely in tune with the emotions of those around him, and was even able to hear whispers of souls, often finding hidden tombs or graves while working with his mother at archaeological dig sites.

As a teenager, his empathy became more and more sensitive and proved to be almost impossible to control. Trevor was diagnosed as bipolar and schizophrenic and was given medication to help.

At 17, he experienced his first prophetic vision and it tore his mind apart. It was painstakingly and carefully rebuilt and reinforced by a small coven of witches, but as a result, Trevor lost about six months of memories.

Thanks to the work of the witches, his abilities seemed to go dormant for several years; and although he did still struggle with his empathy, it did not affect his every day life the way it used to.

Then, at the age of 30, Trevor came into contact with ancient magic, which essentially jump started his dormant abilities. Within a month, Trevor had given a prophecy, seen the memories of other people with no more than a touch, and experienced visions of things that had not yet happened. He also experienced blackouts and missing time, and performed his first bit of real magic. It's at this point that it's discovered that he is not only a warlock, but also the Oracle, a being capable of incredible, dangerous, and even reality altering displays of magic.

For him, it's only been about...six months or so since he began dealing with his power, and he's very quickly had to come to terms with the fact that his life will never be "normal" again.

Y'all remember Cal don't you?

If you don't, Callum Grant is the main character of this little adventure story I was working on. He's very autumn coded so I figured he'd be a fun post for the first day of fall. 🍁🍂🍁🍂

I've been wanting to redraw this for a while, as it was one of the first things i ever drew of Trevor. Original is from about two years ago. I always think my art style hasn't changed, and I don't think it's changed much, but I do see some differences, and I think I'm happy with where it is now. Anyway.

Okay, lore drop time. Trevor is a direct descendent of Merlin, and according to anyone who's met both, Trevor looks just like him. So I figured I'd actually draw my version of Merlin and it was quite fun, I miss drawing fantasy clothes sometimes.

Trevor dump for ya, second one was a bit of an experiment, the others were just fun. I'm very happy with all of them, I hope y'all like them too
