POSTS STORIES REELS

Real people. Real stories. Real connection.

Our first guest episode is out at 10am tomorrow (4th November, Melbourne time). We delve into the depths of Reiki some more with good friend @innerradiance_healing and hear about her journey to where she is today.

Thanks for being so real and raw Emily, we love ya!

Catch you in the morning ✨ by @wildlyhuman_

We’ve got to say…we are learning A LOT in our thirties! Our twenties were young, wild and free. This decade is still young, still wildly human and still free buttt in a slightly different way.

Once you hit 30, you know yourself a whole lot more. What you like, what you don’t like, what standards you’ll settle for and how to be more…you. You’re also a lot more aware and cautious of consequences, whilst more committed to protecting your peace. Anddd hangovers tend to last a week, not a day! Anyone else with us on that one? 😆

What are you learning in your current decade? We’d love to hear!!

Much love, Elle & Ecca x by @wildlyhuman_

Following each week’s Wildly Human episode, we’ll bring you a short 15-minute episode featuring 10 carefully curated journal prompts inspired by the conversations, themes and topics we’ve explored.

Think of it as an invitation to go a little deeper. To sit with the questions, challenge your perspectives, uncover what might be sitting beneath the surface and reconnect with yourself.

Because sometimes listening is just the beginning. The real magic happens when we take a moment to reflect on how those conversations show up in our own lives.

So grab your journal, find a quiet moment, take a breath and give yourself permission to explore.

Today’s Reflection Room is on Episode 5: Building community, finding your village.

Go have a listen this rainy long weekend ☔️🤎

Hot seat shenanigans ❤️‍🔥

What does it mean to be wildly human to you?

We love all of your answers. And we’ve noticed that at the core…being wildly human to everybody is about being unapologetically yourself in this one life as you!

Stay tuned for an episode coming with Emily next week 👀 by @wildlyhuman_

We’re talking all things building your village and finding your people when you’re so far away from home. The friends who become soul family, navigating adult friendships, and asking the deep questions like… “How do you actually show up in your friendships?!”

We feel SO blessed to have such an incredible support network and family around us, but c’mon… do you really think it just FLOATED on in through our bedroom window?!

Building your village takes time, effort, vulnerability and a whole lot of showing up.

Tune in to hear our top tips for navigating friendships as adults, finding your people and what it truly means to be a villager. 🤎

🎧 Episode 5 is out now on Spotify. Go give it a listen and let us know your thoughts! by @wildlyhuman_

Those friendships that feel like home and light up your soul ❤️‍🔥 by @wildlyhuman_

Do you ever get those moments where you remember you’re literally a human…with a body…made of all the elements of the universe with your own personality…functioning through some higher consciousness with a spirit and soul?!

Yeah, we do too! Trippy, right? And if you’re able to do so, we invite you for a moment to remember what a miracle it is to be alive. 🤍 by @wildlyhuman_
