What’s your relationship with anger?

Most men I work with say they feel “frustrated.”
But frustration is often anger… dressed in a nicer shirt.

Because the truth is, many of us don’t know how to feel our anger.
Or we’ve learned to fear it.
To avoid it.
To judge it.

Maybe you grew up in a home where anger meant danger.
Or where it led to destruction, violence, shame.

So you shut it down.
Now, when someone crosses your boundary, you freeze.
When your needs aren’t met, you smile and say “it’s fine.”
You keep the peace, but lose your power.

Anger is not the enemy.
Anger is truth with a directive fire behind it.
The emotion of anger says:

🚨 “Something here is not okay”
🛑 “A boundary has been crossed”
📢 “You need to speak up”

When you learn to listen to your anger without reacting from it, you begin to reclaim your clarity, your self-respect, and your voice.

So here’s a simple invitation today.

✨ Next time you feel “frustrated,” ask yourself:
→ Which of my needs is not being met?
→ What boundary just got overstepped?
→ What do I want to speak up about?

When you start relating to anger as a messenger, and not as a monster, you stop suppressing it and start using it to lead.

Thank you yes you. Without some of you even knowing I wish to Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The ones that inspire. The ones that tell you to your face your wrong. The ones that simply love you. The ones that despice you for whats been done.

Each and every one of you helped me become the man I am today. When I fucked up you where there. When I shined you where there.

Love that we all connect in positive and the negative I learned my best lessons when i am truly open, honest and not afraid to leave my ego at the door.
