Getting my belated birthday dues from my friends and my reward was… an elite pool day and a chaotic burn progression bc I’m a genius ☀️

I love a beach, but a pool day will win me over every time. Also, this is one of the best parts of creator life for me: hustle hard on the weekend, trust the systems, take a Monday off, and pick it back up later babbyyyy!!

We got a a rooftop moment at @radissonblutoronto, this delish meze board, obv the shorts and ofc a naivety as to how many times I reapply my SPF because girl OUCH😬

LETS TALK ABOUT IT.
Genuinely, the discipline and mental muscle it takes to realize that if you want to spiral, you can spiral, but at the end of the day, you’re the one steering your own ship right now. If you take that time and bandwidth and choose to ruminate on something, only to emerge from that thinking spiral even more confused. You’re draining your own battery. I’m not saying dont feel your feelings, but the balance it requires to let out your frustration or confusion but remember that DWELLING in it is only going to hinder your progress is MASSIVE 🔥

If you’re in a building season, remember that you are a badddd b!tch, and the art of doing it anyways (within nuance, plz take care of yourself x) is such a beautiful thing to put into practice.
