Six months without you… Not a day goes by without thinking of you. My heart has been frozen since July 30th, empty of all feelings. Nothing and no one will ever fill the void you left. You were my everything 🌈❤️🐾

I want to thank everyone who wrote to me during Coco’s passing. I’m sorry I didn’t reply under her post—her death was sudden, caused by a medical error, and left me with an overwhelming sense of guilt. Losing her was devastating.

On February 7th, 2024, Scott began showing new signs of illness. His new vet diagnosed Him with Cushing’s disease, in addition to His existing heart issues and urinary stones. I took Him to the clinic weekly, sometimes even daily, for treatments. But on July 30th, He underwent surgery and never woke up. Scott was my oxygen, my shadow, my son, my everything. Losing Him broke me.

As you know, I’ve had other Chihuahuas, but my bond with Scott was truly unique. He saved my life when I adopted Him in June 2012, and we couldn’t live without each other. That’s why I would hide Him in supermarkets, cinemas, and He even came with me to driving school. I lived my life avoiding places where I couldn’t hide Him.

Some say dogs leave when they’ve fulfilled their purpose, but I still don’t understand what His could have been. Since then, I don’t live—I survive. I’ve lost some friends following His death, but I’ve also met new ones. My relationship of 15 years didn’t survive His passing.

I once thought losing my mom—who was my best friend, my confidant, my only family at 17—was the worst thing I’d ever face. But Scott’s death was far worse.

In September, I adopted Chanel, a Bichon Maltese from a late client. She turns 11 tomorrow. I’ve also started a job I’m passionate about and returned to the gym daily after years of putting everything aside for Scott because I used to live entirely for Him.

Close friends tell me I’ve changed since He earned His wings, and they’re right—I barely recognize myself, physically and mentally. But little by little, I’m trying to find my way back to life. I believe God only gives us challenges we are strong enough to endure, to make us stronger ❤️

Coco Chanel was not Notorious Big but she was My Princess 👑❤️
I adopted her in January 2015 and she gave me so much happiness. She was my dream girl. She crossed the Rainbow Bridge suddenly at the hospital on the night of the 19th of September 2023. I miss her so much. She was the perfect girl 🌈❤️

My Mike would have been 11 years old today 🎂❤️ I still miss you a lot my Love 🌈✨

I wanted to pay tribute to our dear friend Stan @stanleyzthepomchi yesterday but nobody told me about it so I am sorry to have missed it I couldn’t guess about it 😞

My condolences to my very close cousin @maddyparis_dc Her first chihuahua Ermes who supported her during her long fight against cancer died in November at 13 years old from a heart attack and today her baby chihuahua Odyssey passed away tragically 💔

Sorry if I missed some birthdays or whatever but IG is not real life so I don’t have any more energy to spend time on social media to take nice pictures and make to believe my life is perfect.

For the first time, we didn’t celebrate Christmas and New Year but we couldn’t miss Coco's 16th birthday ❤️

We are sorry we have to catch up as we took a long break since H passed away 🌈 Thanks for all your sympathy 🙏

The most important for us Scott, Coco, and Julio didn’t suffer from H’s death.
