A day spent with @twiningsuk drinking the most extraordinary and brilliant tea ☕️ @valentineneau @madeleinebovey @mixandtwistuk @bertiethomas83 @camilla_toohey by @wineandthesky
Last week @coljet72 and I had the opportunity to visit Tetra Pak in Modena, Italy, alongside @aqualy_it and what an eye-opening experience it was!   It was fascinating to see the sheer scale of the operation and everything that goes on behind the scenes to create packaging we often take for granted.   What really stood out was the care, thought and commitment to sustainability that sits at the heart of Aqualy. We loved seeing the journey up close gave me a whole new appreciation for the product, the packaging and the people behind it.   A brilliant few days of learning, discovery and great conversations. I came away feeling so inspired and with a much deeper understanding of just how much goes into the choices we make for our customers. And as for the back drop, food, wine and company - simply stunning. And of course we were well hydrated 💧. by @wineandthesky
A mighty fine line up @bottomsupshow @virginatlantic - if I do say so myself 😉 by @wineandthesky
A fleeting yet incredibly valuable visit to the @joinclubsoda No, Low & Mid-Strength Summit today. I was delighted to join a panel hosted by @tomsurgey alongside @lmcfayden from Three Spirit, Navraj Dhesi from @nekta.drinks, Sam Ellis from Young’s Pubs & Alastair Smith from Planet Organic discussing one of the areas I find particularly fascinating in drinks right now - functional beverages. We had some great conversations around how the category is evolving, what consumers are looking for, and how functionality, taste, quality and occasion are coming together to shape the future of drinks. A huge thank you to @tomsurgey for hosting such an engaging discussion, and to Laura Willoughby MBE & Josh Kelly @joinclubsoda for bringing together so many brilliant people from across the industry. #ClubSoda #NoLowMid #FunctionalDrinks #FunctionalBeverages #DrinksIndustry @saichodrinks @threespiritdrinks Spirit @everleafdrinks @drinkzeno by @wineandthesky
I have been in some spectacular venues but I don’t think anything is as iconic as this @abbeyroadstudios @beverageforum 🎙️ by @wineandthesky
More and more consumers are thinking about how they want to feel, whether that’s relaxed, sociable, energised, focused, or simply feeling good the next day. That shift is changing the way drinks are discovered, selected and enjoyed across hospitality, retail, travel and at home. At the NLM London Summit this October, I’ll be joining a discussion exploring this evolution in consumer behaviour and answering an important question: should menus and retail displays help people choose drinks based on mood and occasion, rather than traditional category labels alone? It’s a fascinating conversation, and one that has the potential to reshape how our industry connects people with the drinks they want, when they want them. @joinclubsoda #nolowmid #nolowmidsummit by @wineandthesky

It was really hard this morning to tumble out of bed and stumble to the kitchen, but I did pour myself cup of ambition and make Dolly proud…. ❤️ @virgin @virginatlantic by @wineandthesky
I’m delighted to be speaking at the @beverageforum Europe this October at the iconic Abbey Road Studios. It’s a privilege to be joining such an inspiring line-up of industry leaders to discuss the trends, challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the beverage industry. I’m looking forward to sharing my experiences, exchanging ideas and connecting with colleagues from across the sector. Looking forward to seeing many familiar faces in October! #beverages #beverageforum #drinkstrade by @wineandthesky
One of the greatest privileges of my role is having the opportunity to learn from the people and brands behind the products we are so proud to serve. Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting @champagnelaurentperrier alongside our fantastic Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse team, @mannersrob from @jeroboamstrade and Christabel Sakkalli. It was a wonderful opportunity to immerse ourselves in the rich history and heritage of one of the world’s most respected Champagne Houses and gain a deeper understanding of the people, passion, and vision behind the brand. There is immense value in understanding the stories behind the products we serve and meeting the people who dedicate themselves to creating them. A huge thank you to Christabel for your unwavering support, patience, and professionalism in making the visit so memorable. Thank you also to Angela and the entire Laurent-Perrier team for their warm hospitality, generosity, and for sharing such fascinating insights into the heritage, values, and legacy of this iconic Champagne House. #laurentperrier #virginatlantic #champagne #upperclass by @wineandthesky
🇵🇹 Porto and The Douro with @symingtonfamilyestates Some trips stay with you long after you’ve unpacked your suitcase, and my recent visit to Porto and the Douro Valley is definitely one of them. I feel incredibly fortunate to have spent time with Anthony Symington from Symington Family Estates and Robert Manners from @jeroboamstrade , experiencing first-hand the magic behind one of the wine world’s most respected family businesses. What struck me most was that, despite their global reputation and centuries of winemaking heritage, the Symington family remains exactly that – a family. It was inspiring to see such authenticity, passion and pride carried through generations. As someone who spends so much of my time championing the stories behind the brands we serve at Virgin Atlantic, there was something incredibly special about spending time with Anthony and being amongst the vines. We are proud to serve Dow’s Late Bottled Vintage Port onboard, and experiencing its origins first-hand has given me an even deeper appreciation for what sits behind every glass. Thank you to Anthony, Robert and the entire Symington family team for your hospitality and for sharing your story so openly. Experiences like these remind me that wine is so much more than what’s in the bottle it’s about people, heritage, family and a genuine passion for creating something extraordinary. #dows #port #upperclass #douro #lbv by @wineandthesky
Cellars in the Sky Awards 26 Absolutely delighted to share that we brought home two Golds and a Highly Commended at the Cellars in the Sky Awards yesterday. A huge moment for us! We’re incredibly proud to champion the winemakers and partners behind every bottle we serve. A special thank you to @mannersrob and the team at @jeroboamslondon whose expertise and collaboration continue to play such an important role in shaping and elevating our wine programme. Thank you also to @champagnelaurentperrier for keeping the champagne flowing and for their support behind our Highly Commended award and @thepicklehouse House for our ‘Bespoke Drinks Partnership’ Gold win, another brilliant example of innovation and collaboration at its best.
