Creating to create. Visioning. Participating in this grand adventure through thoughts, words, pictures, possibilities, action, and attraction. The universe supports me completely and I was able to go to this workshop I had been eyeing, but didn’t think I could swing it between other commitments. The stars aligned and I got to go! Bonus was a soundbath by Katie Rose Bruggner and some fun creative time with the coolest ladies. This was such a treat! @bellavidayoga by @wisewaveswellness
✨ The magic doesn’t end when the retreat does. One of the most beautiful things about hosting Radiant Resilience this spring was hearing how the experience stayed with women long after they returned home. The rest. The connection. The laughter. The nourishment. The space to simply be. And we’re doing it again. 🌿 Radiant Resilience: A Spring Nourishment to Restore Your Glow returns April 30–May 3, 2027, for another intimate, soul-nourishing retreat in Florida. Here’s a little secret… we’re already halfway full, and I haven’t even officially launched registration yet! 🤍 If you’ve been craving a few days to reconnect with yourself, be cared for, and fill your cup alongside an incredible community of women, I’d love to share what’s in store. Comment “GLOW” for an early peek at the details. ✨ #RadiantResilience #WiseWavesWellness #WomensRetreat #WellnessRetreat #Retreat2027 by @wisewaveswellness
Only a couple of times a year, six facilitators come together to share an evening like this. We bring our instruments and spend hours preparing a space for 🍂Into Stillness —a sound journey we create together, for an experience that is truly yours. 🤍 Sunday, November 1 | 6 PM

✨ Meet Julie Montemerlo of Wisewaves Wellness ✨ Her advice for your first sound bath? Keep an open mind and be open to the possibilities. If mental chatter comes along, try not to get tangled up in it. Let the sounds draw your attention back, giving your thoughts room to come and go. Julie shares Full moon sound baths, yoga, and meditation at Bella Vida, along with retreats that offer time to pause and reconnect. 🪷📿 Experience Julie alongside fellow Sound Healers Collective facilitators at Into Stillness—an evening immersed in singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes. 📅 Sunday, November 1 | 6 PM 📍 Ribault Garden Club, Jacksonville Beach Doors open at 5:30 PM. #thesoundhealerscollective #soundbath #soundhealing #jacksonvillesoundbath by @wisewaveswellness
