Wednesday, 11/4 ✨7:00–8:30 PM With Joe + Megan Rather than simply lying back and absorbing the sound, you’ll move with it. Through a flowing vinyasa practice accompanied by a live handpan soundbath, you’ll shift, explore, and release energy through movement, allowing the music to guide you into stillness. If you’ve never experienced yoga with live handpan music, this is a beautiful opportunity to try something new. Come with an open mind and see where the movement and music take you. ✨ All levels welcome! $35 (not included in packages) Sign up on Mindbody or pay at the door. 📸📸photo: @shawn_zappo 🙏 by @with.intentions
