Reflecting on every decision I’ve ever made and noticing that today is the youngest I’ll ever be 🙃 We spend so much time waiting for the “perfect age,” the “perfect season,” or the “perfect starting point.” But waiting just steals time. Start messy, start stiff, start scared - just start 🧡 And yes, upside-down perspectives absolutely help with the existential epiphanies 🤓 by @with.zarah

That’s it 🪄✨ by @with.zarah
A lesson in letting go. When the room stays quiet, it forces me to turn the lens inward and ask: Who/What am I practicing for? ☁️ It’s not always easy to shake off the doubt, but movement becomes medicine the moment you release the outcome. You don’t need to feel strong or graceful to roll out your mat. The magic lies in showing up, breathing with intention, and letting the practice meet you exactly where you are 🪄✨ by @with.zarah
True alignment begins within, but it expands the moment you share it 🌿 Teaching has shown me that the practice never really stops - it just deepens. Ever since stepping into the role of guiding others, my own practice has slowed down in the best way possible. Less striving, more listening, and a quiet, grounding joy settling into every space These pre-certification archives reminded me of how foundational every step was. This shoot was a special gift from @teganbyoga as a thank-you for helping model for her latest training manual - a moment to pause, and embrace the transition before I graduated 🪄 Grateful for every breath shared in class so far and every lesson learned along the way. See you on the mat in the weeks to come ✨ 📸: @ashdowdingphotography by @with.zarah
Friendly reminder: Take up space 🪄✨ by @with.zarah
In a culture built on constant effort, non-striving feels almost radical 🌿 Impromptu aerial work with @dankj_1 at Attune was a deep dive into wholehearted trust. The moment you stop forcing the shape, the breath opens up and the practice meets you right where you are. No over-exertion, no proving, just patient presence. A quiet space to practice trust, release tension, and soften the edge between effort and ease 🤍 by @with.zarah
We live in a world that tries to sell us wellness in a bottle, a membership, or a checklist. But the most transformative medicine has always been free, innate, and waiting right outside our door… Sunlight on your skin. Fresh air in your lungs. Feet on the earth. Stillness in the mind. Movement in the body. Healing isn’t about acquiring more - it’s about returning to what’s already yours. Simplify your ritual, reconnect with nature, and watch your energy shift 🏔️✨ Which free practice are you giving yourself today? 🌿 by @with.zarah
July - held in the warmest light ✨ From the Breathe Studio archives. Capturing movement in its purest form - where shape meets breath, and effort dissolves into grace. Grateful for the beings, the energy and the space 🧡 Swipe through for the full frames 👉 📸: @sadiyahnmphotography by @with.zarah
Gratitude hasn’t come from everything being perfect; it’s come from realizing how rich life feels when you’re simply present for all of it. The sweat, the silence, the discipline, the play, the nature, and the stillness in between. Every season brings its own medicine, and lately, I’m just so deeply thankful for the capacity to feel it all. To move, to breathe, to be here now 🌿✨🤍 by @with.zarah
✺ Glow with @with.zarah 🌞 Our signature flow. Vinyasa, balanced and hot 〰️ not the sweat-till-you-can’t-think kind of hot, the kind that opens things up and keeps you moving. Zarah leads it the way she leads everything: steady voice, no rush and the room somehow warmer just because she’s in it. 🌞 This is what glow actually is 〰️vinyasa done right, heat used with intention and breath tying it all together. 🌀 🔗 Link in bio to book. 🧘‍♀️ Meet you in the heat. by @with.zarah
There is a profound surrender in a led practice. You step onto the mat, leave your ego at the door, and let the traditional rhythm carry you 🧘 While the Ashtanga Led Peimary Series requires a deep, unwavering discipline, the true magic is the quiet joy that meets you there. It’s found in the spaces between the breath, the strength of a seamless transition, and the warmth of showing up for yourself consistently 🤍 Squeezing 90 minutes of devotion into 160 seconds shows the external movement, but the internal shift is where the light lives. No shortcuts, no rush - just a celebration of what the body can do when the heart is open and the mind is focused 🪄✨ by @with.zarah
