Building a school in The Gambia 🇬🇲
@thembbproject

POSTS STORIES REELS

Six years ago this started with a simple idea.

Today it’s a school providing free education for children in The Gambia.

This Ramadan we’re building another classroom and running healthcare clinics for the community.

If you’re able to give in these last ten nights, we can genuinely make a difference here.

Donate through the link in my bio.

A small school in The Gambia that’s become a really important part of my life.

Watching these kids learn here is something special.

We’re working to grow this project to support education and healthcare in the community.

If you’d like to support the journey, the link is in my bio. 🇬🇲 by @withzmr

Life gets busy. Noisy. Full-on.

These are the places I’ve been to for a reset.

Mauritius — The Oberoi.
Lombok — The Oberoi.
Muscat — The Ritz-Carlton.
Madinah.
Makkah.

Different settings, different reasons.
But I always come back clearer than I left.

Save this for when you need to step away.

It started as a simple idea.

What if we actually built something that mattered?

So we started and now we need to grow.

New classroom.
Medical facilities.
Brick by brick.

There’s something about Ramadan that makes you long to be in the places beloved to Allah.

Sometimes, the best parts of the journey aren’t the loud ones they’re the ones that realign you quietly.

I’ve shared my travels and the views.
But this is a big part of my life too.

Not every morning is easy.
But showing up as a doctor and as myself, matters.

Trying to share more of what my real day looks like, not just where I go but how it starts, almost every day.

No noise, no rush. Just calm corners and clear energy. They said summers are too hot in Dubai but you can find shade, stillness and peace. Madinat delivered.
