Gathering with a few friends over a weekend is always fun! 🧘🏼‍♀️✈️🚤🤿☀️🏌️‍♂️🏜🗺 But, what about the idea of gathering over a weekend for a CURATED RETREAT?! Just imagine with me for one minute… Adding elements of… Faith, Community, Specific time for activities but also intentional alone time to grow and look ahead. Now that we’re starting to gather again, we might as well admit that we’re in the middle of a brand new normal. 😆 We long for gatherings & experiences but who’s hosting them? We all know virtual only goes so far in terms of really connecting. Although a new normal is different; it doesn’t have to be all bad.  What began as a love for travel, experiences, events & community, turned into helping clients around the country tell their OWN stories and inviting others to join them!   With our new normal we want to usher in a new way of experiences: Intimate dinner parties, curated wellness retreats; Intentional time to dive deep and be REAL in gorgeous settings and intentional space for YOU. I've always been passionate about people fully living; that means filling experiences with  adventure…. purpose ... & community, not just numbers!!! I’m SO excited to invite you to JOIN US for a weekend away at a CURATED Retreat experience, starting in Florida (Sept 1-4) 💦☀️🙌🏾 *while others are in planning, we can say these weekend experiences will be ones you won’t forget! I just know so many of you will leave feeling refreshed and renewed and refocused for what’s ahead! To learn more including other locations, visit ThePlacesBetween.com *space is limited, but we’d LOVE to have you join us 🙌🏾 #placesbetween #wellnessretreats #adventureretreats #girlsweekend #floridaretreats #annamariaisland #faithbasedretreat #soulretreat #adventure #community #faithandfitness #worshiptogether #lifecoaching #thriveintransition #dinnerparties #lifecoach #healthandwellness #spirituallyfit #traveltogether by @wjcreativestudios

We will always be tailor made for each other 🥰 💞 Lyrics: I was praying for you And I didn’t know it Holding on and hopeful When it wasn’t promised But here in the places between Is where perfect patience is seen I’ve waited my whole life for you I’ve waited to tell you, “I do” Oh if time is just another word for faith God took a little longer, ‘cause Our love was tailor made With this ring I’m bespoke To your heart forever Our own custom fit love All the way from heaven It’s here where the bow follows rain It’s here where the hope turns to praise I’ve waited my whole life for you I’ve waited to tell you, “I do” Oh if time is just another word for faith God took a little longer, ‘cause Our love was tailor made Oh oh, oh oh oh Our love was tailor made It just took a perfect storm With a load of hail This is how our story goes Here’s to answered prayers I never thought I’d thank God For unexpected ways Now I get to be the one To marry you today I’ve waited my whole life for you I’ve waited to tell you, “I do” Oh if time is just another word for faith God took a little longer, ‘cause Our love was tailor made So God took a little longer, ‘cause Our love is tailor made…. ….. My husband & I wanted an infinity for our wedding arch ♾️ to symbolize forever 🥰but also the 8s in our wedding for 8.28 as we know “God works ALL things together for good for those who love him and are called according to His purpose” and we truly believe this: he works all things, the good and the bad AND has a plan in it all! Having both been through a lot on our own journeys, united as one now, we believe JESUS being at the center of our marriage was key! 🔑 ⛓️‍💥 There were also a number of things we wanted to do differently for our details, candlelights and tall arrangements and tailor made details along the way! Our reception was every sort of magical ✨ and although intimate, it was perfect!! 🤩 Perfect location 🌴 ☀️ 🛥️ 🎉 Perfect weather. Even all the loving support from around the country, friends near and far brought together for the best day! 🙌 As a planner and producer myself, I couldn’t have pictured a better celebration than the elements we had; and I loved getting to plan it all!! 🙌 From pizza and cocktails to the Rice Krispie cake pops to tailor made love song, our DJ with the best jams 🎶 — everything was perfect!! 📸 More pics to come… here’s just a few of the details!! 8.28.24 was the BEST day - I got to marry my best friend and love of my life; Joshua Miller “What, what would have become of me had I not believed that I would see the Lord’s goodness in the land of the living! Wait and hope for and expect the Lord; be brave and of good courage and let your heart be stout and enduring. Yes, wait for and hope for and expect the Lord.” — Psalm 27:13-14 “I prayed to the Lord, and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears. Those who look to him for help will be RADIANT with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces.” — Psalms 34:4-5 More pics to come!!!! But we’re just ecstatic about the ones we’ve already seen!!!! Eeeeeeek 🥰♥️🙏🏽🎉✨🙌🏽 📸: @karabethnixon 🙌🏽 by @wjcreativestudios
Oh how I love to hear people’s stories and what allows them to experience God that encourages their faith. I’m still working in events and media, and this week I had the incredible opportunity to connect with filmmaker and director, Brent Gudgel. We just so happen to talk about the amazing film, Free Burma Rangers by @deidoxfilms, which is a documentary film exploring the extraordinary 20-year journey of missionaries Dave and Karen Eubank and their kids, as they venture into war zones where they are fighting to bring hope through @freeburmarangers! The film itself is a testimony to people trying to walk after God, full of their own limitations, sins and mistakes, facing real enemies AND asking “CAN LOVE WIN?!” We talk about the film as well as radical ways God moved during the process. Even some of the other “no way but God moments” of Brent’s career! It’s a pretty sweet conversation fill with stories you won’t believe!! 🤯 🙏🏽 Catch a preview here but tune into the whole conversation via Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube, via the link in bio! 🙌🏾 🎙️ 🎧 🎥 preview of FBR at end: @deidoxfilms . . #filmmaker #freeburmarangers #freeburmamovie #deidox #deidoxfilms #podcastaboutfaith #faithpodcast #miraclesexist #miracleshappen #faithandcalling #waitwell #theplacesbetween #joyinthejourney #purpose #reeltalk #realtalk #trendingaudio by @wjcreativestudios

When COVID happened, event world was forced to make a change. Now that events are back in full swing, it’s always a blast to pull off large fundraisers, tournaments and concerts; and those also take months and months to plan! Sometimes, you just want to host a holiday gathering with 15 of your closest friends and loved ones. Sometimes you want to specialize a client or party gift. You don’t necessarily need the a/v or lighting design and all the catering, you DO want help planning and hosting though! Or you need the perfect idea to take to your next holiday gathering. Whether you’re planning ahead for holiday client gifting or that holiday party you’d rather host at your home vs a big empty venue, let’s talk. You have an idea? Let’s bring it to life, together! ✨ #smallbusinesssaturday #holidaypartyideas #eventplanner #eventhost #clientgifting #holidayseason by @wjcreativestudios
