Congratulations to Sara, our Personal Trainer of the Month! 🏆

Sara has consistently stood out within the Personal Training team by taking initiative with new clients, contributing to the new Member Engagement role, and creating a positive space at both PAC and CIF.

Her ability to create a welcoming environment for students who may feel vulnerable or intimidated by the gym is exceptional. She excels in interpersonal communication, building strong connections and rapport with members while helping them feel comfortable and supported💪
