Josh Joined Ignite Mentorship June 2025

His goal was to start his own concrete pumping business. A business that he controls, runs, and can grow financially. He’s been a Mason for over 20 years.

So we went down the path of analyzing his idea, analyzing the numbers - and overall seeing if it would be a profitable venture worthwhile for him to go after. You never want to start a business without understanding the numbers first and that way you set yourself that way you set yourself up to win!

Once we had a good understanding of the market and competition. We developed a roadmap for him and we went to work. The biggest hurdle is figuring out how to get him financed for his $150k of equipment.

Now it was time to turn his idea into a company:
In just a few short months:
✅ Ran profit projections
✅ Market Analysis
✅ Created his Business plan
✅ Created new LLC
✅ Opened Business Bank account
✅ Created the website
✅ Setup his backend system and all the tools for him to do billing and collect payments online
✅ He got funded for his equipment!
✅ He flew to the mainland to look at the equipment prior to purchase
✅ Shipped his equipment to Hawaii

He was creative with his financing and leveraged a couple credit cards in the mix as well a couple loans to make this happen. His willingness and dedication to with the “Never Give Up” attitude is why he is successful!

🔥He opened his business March 2026!🔥

He is completely on track with his projections and we are excited for his success.
