Grateful for every vibration, every breath, and every person who shared this space with me.

Just completed the Sound Healer Training Intensive and my heart is full 🌿

In this course, I learned about:
🔔 The history of Tibetan sound healing and the principles of vibration
🔔 Chakras, energy protection, and building a personal relationship with my singing bowls
🔔 Self-healing practice, meditation, and chakra cleansing
🔔 Techniques for guiding others, from energy cleansing to brainwave techniques and sound baths

Sound Bath

The best part was the hands-on practice: tuning into the bowls, feeling the sound move through the body, and sharing a mini guided sound bath with the group.

Huge thanks to our teachers for their patience, wisdom, and warm energy, and to my classmates for creating such a beautiful, safe space 🤍

Swipe to see me, the class vibe, and some of the practice in action ➡️

This is just the beginning. I can‘t wait to share sound with you. 🎵
