Well Stockholm what a fucking top buzz , 2 races at the worlds back to back Saturday was men’s pro doubles with an absolute savage in Loz and Sunday mixed doubles with another absolute savage in @clairelou3000. Top course , tough course and high standards. I will say one thing I left everything out there on both days and emptied the tank, and that is all I ask for as long as I know I gave everything I had then that will always do. It was definitely not a PB course and that’s not me talking shit but on Sunday we managed to smash a pb by over 1 minute !! What a fucking ride 🫡🌍 Hyrox 2026 over and out.
A massive special shoutout to @sashamolly who’s been the biggest cheerleader all weekend and knows her way to the strawberry arena from the Radisson blindfolded 🤣🤣. Next up ………. Operation Fat Dayle 🤣🤣 by @workinprogressdayle

Just an introduction to myself an more importantly my last 22 months, the first picture is me in January 2024. I was fat, overweight, unfit and unhealthy. Enough was enough 😫. I decided I needed to make some serious changes. Fast forward to a little over 2 years and some of the other pictures are some highlights of where I’m currently at. I will be using this platform to hopefully inspire others that find themselves in a similar situation to myself.
In 3 week I’m tackling London marathon looking for sub 3 hours and I have also qualified for Hyrox world championships in Stockholm where I’ll be racing 2 races in both the Men pro doubles and the Mixed Doubles. If I can inspire 1 person my job is done 🫡

📣Birmingham Pro Solo Race Debrief 📣

1:08:26 at my first Pro HYROX in Birmingham. Target was sub 1:08, so I just missed it, but I learned loads. Runs felt strong, wall balls hurt, and there’s time to cut at most stations. Next one’s going to be different that’s a promise 🔥🫡

Birmingham has been the venue of my open debut, mixed debut and now pro solo debut and is beginning to create a special place in my heart. by @workinprogressdayle

Mcr Half Marathon 2026 - 1.19.00 Massive Pb
Only 20 months ago I was chasing sub 1.30 !! Absolutely over the moon with that one today, felt really strong all the way through 🫡 thanks for everyone who got out supporting and especially to the people cheering me on. by @workinprogressdayle

Wow… what a weekend in Oslo! 🇳🇴🔥

So incredibly proud of these three young athletes from our Sunday HYROX classes. They absolutely smashed it! 💪

🏆 Floss — 5th out of 50 girls in the 12–13 age category
🏆 Arthur — 4th in the 14–15 age category
🏆 Ronnie — 13th out of 41 boys in the 8–9 age category

Couldn’t be prouder of all three of them. ❤️ They put in the hard work week after week, and seeing it pay off on the competition floor makes you so proud.

The commitment, effort and determination these kids show is incredible. Keep putting the work in, keep believing, and keep pushing yourselves. The flag is so close 👊

Next stop… Birmingham! 🇬🇧🔥

Let’s go show them what we’re made of! 💪🏆
